It works for me
I have stayed with Lume cream deodorant ever since I first tried it. Toasted Coconut is my favorite and the one I always reorder, but I do miss the original fragrance for this version of the coconut and I wish they would bring that back. However I have been very happy with it. I prefer the cream over the solid sticks, that's what just works for me.

My search is over!
I decided to switch to natural deodorant to avoid aluminum and have spent a considerable amount of time and money trying different types and brands. I also have a sensitivity to smells and, as it turns out, baking soda. Here is what I have discovered:Lume (Unscented). By far the best, it absolutely keeps me stink-free and does not leave stains on my shirt. It also seems to keep me dry even though it’s not technically an antiperspirant. The skin in my pits is smooth, there is no body odor to be found, and I’ve stopped ruining my shirts. My husband uses it, too, after he developed a rash from his Gillette brand deodorant. For awhile he was only using Lume on one pit, and the pit without almost killed me. I use the stick form and it goes on like a gel but rubs in quickly. There are other forms that can be used on any part of your body. The only negatives are the price (about $14 although I think the stick will last a very long time because you don’t have to use much), that it has to be purchased online, and there aren’t any scents I can tolerate. I can’t do earthy or flowery smells and hope Lume will start making a vanilla or citrus/fruity scent in the future. The unscented smells a little medicine-y, but similar to unscented lotion, and only if I intentionally sniff it. I also wish they made a deodorant shampoo because I swear my hair stinks after the gym and would like to prevent that, as I don’t have time to wash and style my hair after working out. I hope Lume stays in business because this is my forever deodorant. When my son hits full-blown puberty, I’ll switch him to this deodorant, and have him use it on his feet, too. I'm not sure how this is considered a “natural” deodorant since I can't pronounce many of the ingredients, but it doesn’t contain the ingredients that cause allergic reactions or the toxic aluminum that I'm trying to avoid.Schmidt’s (Bergamot Lime). The best scent ever, which is why I let my pre-teen use it still. I want to keep a supply of this around just to inhale it. This is also one of the cheapest options ($5) and available at box stores. You have to warm the deodorant in your pits to apply it. However, this gave me a huge rash and was only minimally effective.Nubian Heritage (Coconut Papaya). I used this deodorant and Schmidt’s the longest before I found Lume. The scent is mellow and sweet, and the deodorant goes on clear and smooth. It worked decently well, but not reliably. I still smelled bad by the end of the day and after many months of use, my pits were starting to get inflamed. I originally bought this for around $5-8 at Walmart and again on Amazon.Native (Coconut Vanilla). The scent is light and sweet, and the deodorant goes on smoothly, but the rash was unbearable. It is also a creamy deodorant and left residue in my shirts. One day when using Native I was picking my son up from school and raised my arm and the smell almost killed me. This is not effective and certainly not worth a red, itchy, angry rash that caused my armpit skin to fall off in chunks and feel like leather. I am amazed that Native is now available at box stores and that they get $12 for the stuff. It is murder on my pits.Stinkbug Naturals (Vanilla Mint). This was another one that was relatively cheap (like $8) from Walmart. It smelled like mint chocolate chip ice cream which clashed with my lemon body lotion. I can’t say how well it worked because it went on like a greasy paste that I had to scrub off with a gallon of soap and a washcloth, and I decided that was not worth it. I was like melting a bacon-grease candle in my pits.Arm & Hammer Essentials (Unscented). This is the cheapest of them all (I think I paid $2.50) and available at box stores. It goes on clear and while unscented, it still has an almost citrusy, soapy smell. It contains baking soda so I expected a rash, though I can’t say this caused one. However, it was only somewhat effective.Jason (Calming Lavender). This is another inexpensive option (about $5-7) available at box stores. Lavender is one of the few flowery scents I can tolerate, but I felt like this scent made me smell a little too much like new age hippie. It goes on clear and doesn’t stain clothing but is only slightly more effective than using nothing.Tom’s (Fresh Apricot). I bought this at the store for about $5 to use after showering at the gym basically in place of perfume because I’m too cheap to buy more Lume for on-the-go (that will soon change.) It goes on clear and the scent is pleasing but with a light, soapy after-smell. Like the Jason brand, this deodorant does almost nothing. This deodorant also caused my pits to glow pink-red after each use. It doesn’t contain baking soda, but it’s possible that I react to corn starch the same way. I think anything used as a desiccant will overly dry out and irritate my skin.Primal Pit Paste (Orange Cream). I was so excited to try this because orange cream! However, the scent is barely perceptible. It basically smells like wax. This is available online for about $10. I used the tube version and the deodorant was extremely thick. Like a chunky grease that you have to hold in your pits for an hour to soften and then it is a bit crumbly and takes some of the skin off when you rub it on. And the rash...evil, evil rash.

Look no more!! Perfect odorless deodorant
This is absolutely the best deodorant ever! Every now and then I come across a product I love and as I'm using it I think, I can't wait to review this but I do wait because I want to make sure it's as good as I think it is. This is!! So, I'm a big Yuka user. I only use products Yuka says are safe and it can be very tricky finding Yuka approved items and something that I like. Just because it's good for you doesn't mean it works the way you want it to. So I had tried other deodorants and some did nothing and I could smell my yucky armpit and the last one I used smelled like lavender and I was in a Pilates class and I thought everyone in that class could probably smell that pungent flower odor coming from me. That was when I got in the car and scanned Yuka and Amazon for something new. Well, of course I had seen the commercials for Lume but I thought they were kind of gross and I just wanted armpit deodorant. Odorless would be ideal but who would believe it would truly be odorless? THIS IS!! I love the application - just a bit of cream that easily flows out of the top of the container. Then there is this horrendous smell for about 5 seconds and then nothing. I never smell bad or good. I simply don't smell at all - even after a big workout and lots of sweating. Actually, I don't really notice my pits being that sweaty now but I won't swear to that. This must work for 72 hours but I don't know because I just use it each morning. Love it and I'm so happy my search is over. Now if I could just find the perfect sunscreen.

Great deodorant! Does the job!
9 out of 10. Great purchase for those that need to remain dry when sweating but truly does keep you smelling like nothing at all. Purchased the no fragrance and love it. I have this a 9 out of 10 only because initially upon putting on their is a strange odor at first but wearing on it does not smell. I will def recommend to friends and continue to use the product so long it’s not toxic!

Finally. No more underarm rashes AND I don’t have to smell like whatever a “Dragon Blast” is
I have spent years in a constant battle with my own skin and body odor. For the longest time, I completely gave up on women’s deodorants because they just didn’t work for me. I ended up switching to men’s brands just to get some level of protection, but even then, I found myself reapplying 2 or 3 times throughout the day just to feel "okay."To make matters worse, my skin is incredibly sensitive. Regular deodorants (especially the scented, chemical-heavy ones) left me with constant redness, itching, and even skin peeling. There was no option that covered both issues.I’ve always been skeptical of “clean” deodorants because I’ve heard they don’t work. I was fed up and finally decided to give it a shot.Enter LumeI’ll be honest: when you first smell the unscented cream, it has a bit of a weird scent right out of the tube. However, don't let that scare you off! That initial smell completely disappears within a minute once it’s applied.I’ve tried both the solid and the cream, and in my experience, the cream works significantly better. It feels like it actually treats the skin rather than just sitting on top of it.I also started using the Lume Body Wash in the shower around the same time so that might have helped with my success.

No sweat control
Was choosing a back up product and didn't notice this didn't have the sweat control/protection. IT MAKES A DIFFERENCE! Ended up removing it as a back up from subscribe & save. And it's not really a stick, still a cream just the package looks like a stick. I had to rub it in with fingers. It also has that "old formula" smell to it. I wish I could have returned the unused, unopened stick but since it's a 2 pack I couldn't.

Works as said.
This item works good but please fix the gear that rolls it out.

Love it.
I ordered this after a friend recommended it to me and never going back to traditional deodorants. Few things to note this is a deodorant not an antiperspirant so if you want the combination of sweat blocking as well as deodorizing this is not the product for you. I personally don’t care so much about the sweat blocking but how I smell throughout the day so while it took a little bit to get used to feeling sweat again I’m glad I made the change. I’m currently pregnant so BO issues due to hormones have been real, with this guy no problem especially if applied in high friction/sweat areas ( under breast, armpits and inner thighs) . As far as the smell, I bought this two pack in lavender sage, as well as their mini tube sample pack so I could decide on a scent. Initially there is a slight off smell ( not super uncommon for more natural products) in conjunction with the added scent but it only lasts as the cream is absorbed and dries ,after that it’s just the scent that they add that is left. The coconut reminds me of a fall candle super warm scent, probably not for every day for most people unless you enjoy fall candles :). I personally thought it smelled great. Peony rose was my favorite, think rose water smell with a hint of more florals from the peony. Lavender sage is definitely earthy and smells like real lavender and real sage, not my favorite but ironically my go to since it’s in the regular applicator form. The tangerine one was my least favorite reminded me of orange candy’s. Surface area application I will note is definitely a thing. When I apply it I am diligent in completely covering the entire area especially in the underarms, if you don’t spread it past the armpit crease lines good chance you will end the day switch some slight to moderate BO. For this I gave them 4 stars. Lastly to address some of the many review comments around feel, texture , and longevity. This is literally a cream so if you are used to bars keep in mind that there will be an adjustment period as the feel is definitely different. And no 72 hours is not a real thing if you are someone who struggles with BO. I think pretty much every deodorant has some wild claims about how long it lasts , have never found these to be true. I haven’t had any issues with the applicator not working or clogging as some mentioned so it makes me wondered where those were stored. Overall great find!

Expensive
Nice scent and works better than conventional deodorant.. a bit over priced though

Sooo Good! Stands out!
Amazing! Avoids smell rather than masking it. While the cream has a slight scent this dissipates once applied and for me after lots of searching this is the only one that truly works. My personal smell changed a couple of years ago and i found it quite distressing because i have a really good sense of smell and would be very conscious of it, Im super active plus always on the go and this deodorant endures my hectic life style and dont need to have an extra wash before going to bed as i had resorted to. The formulation is so natural and while everybody will react to different substances in a different way this is as clean and honest as it can get. Many thanks for persevering with developing this product. Please bring it to Europe and UK It will create a landslide in the market no doubt!

Me gustó aunque no dura 72 horas pero 24 horas si, entreno y sudo mucho y no huelo con este desodorante. He usado varios “dermatológicos” y no me han funcionado.
