If you’re a beginner in the subject, this book is perfect for you because it covers a lot of important things that otherwise you could take a while finding around. Basically tells you important things and gives you exercises for you to practice until you successfully reach the knowledge you’re looking for.I definitely recommend this book in any stage of the process, cause it’s the perfect compilation to guide you forward always, no matter where you stand in the lane of awareness.

Nice read. Great book to read during healing process. I recommend this to anyone even after the healing process it helps you stay focused.

Great book. It really makes you re think about your self and your inner peace. It help you to learn to let go some ghosts of your self... not inmediately but with practice and your own desire. It helped me to settle some feelings of my self I couldnt control.

If you hate being in your own head, and is just sick and tired of how you think and behave, or how others think and behave, and want something to happen, this is the book for you!!I brought with no expectation it after a breakup, did not even read the desciption. I though it was just about letting go of people, But it was sp much more than that. Now, a few months later, i love being in my own body and mind, and everything around me seems brighter and lighter.This book teaches you how to live in the present, how to accept yourself, and taught me to let go of hurtful experiences that is dictating my life (experiences i actually forgot, but are still deep in my mind)I believe everybody can benefit from this book!!

Teaches you how to LET GO!! Must read! So happy to have it in my collection, after terrible relationships, life situations and etc. this book definitely gave insight and super helpful! This is exactly what I needed! & do the practices! You’ll be surprised at what you never realized about yourself
