this pressure monitor arrived on time is the first thing, because when uncovering the box in which it arrived, I could say that everything arrived in order brings a cable to use it connected usb and also another alternative you can use it with 4 AAA batteries (which are not included), because I turned it on, I put it on the arm and it gave me exactly what my blood pressure has marked 125/75, which I can say that its effectiveness is very good, it is easy very easy to use, and it looks good quality and the pressure monitor screen is very readable with large numbers which allows you to be readable to see the results ... good price good buy.

Nice machine but beware of two things. 1. Setup. The instructions say to hold down the set and and start stop to put it into the setup mode. This is wrong. You briefly touch set to display time which is correct in the instructions but then you hold set down for three seconds and you enter into the setup. 2. Make sure you don't plug the air hose into the AC adapter this will result in an error code and making you feel like an idiot once you figure out the air hose goes into the other side. We made this mistake and it only took us 10 minutes to figure it out so not too bad.

It has two power sources, 4 each AAA batteries (included), 1 A/C plug with power cord. Easy to read large screen. The blood pressure cuff inflates perfectly. Several blood pressure measurements were taken and compared with measurements from another different manufactured monitor. Both instruments were at room temperature with individual cuffs to ensure accuracy since instrument temperature may skew the readings. All multiple measurements were within each other which help verify the accuracy of the instrument. Included was a nylon zippered bag in which the instrument and accessories were packed with instruction book. An excellent blood pressure cuff at a moderate price a very good value.

I like the option you can use AC or DC to operate it. The case to store it in is very convenient. Large screen is easy to read

Actually this unit worked quite easily and appears to be accurate. Only reason I took a star... Getting the connection made (the cuff to the device), and making that connection adequate for an accurate reading.I find myself constantly needing to press that connector in to reseat it.

Very easy to use and accurate. If you have any trouble setting up call the customer service # at 1byone, very helpful.

I am unable to set the time and date. So I cannot hold records of measurement readings. The SET button does display the time but the unit freezes up after that.Dissapointed.

This medical blood pressure is not only a must have, but also an outstanding medical tool to have at home.
