Just NutritiveVinegar Rinse Cleanser | For When Your Hair and Scalp Are Ready for a Change

I am in love with this Just Natural Organic Care stuff. Here's the breakdown:Facts:- When I purchased this product, I did not about the JustNatural hair products for dandruff- I have had scalp problems all my life and have been washing my scalp almost every day for the past year with various shampoos and conditioners- I use hair mousse and hair spray a few times a month and once in a while oil for frizz control- I do live in an extrememly dry climate- I have had this product for 1 week and will update if my experience changes- I have not followed the recommended use of every 15 days, I have used it twice in 4 days since I couldn't wash my hair much this weekPros:- The vinegar smell rinses out- The needed amount is quite minimal, this bottle should last a long while if you follow the directions- It seems to have stripped my hair of all the residue other products leave behind, without drying my scalp out- It wiped out my horrible daily scalped itch, which for that reason alone I would keep purchasing- It leaves my scalp feeling like it's just been massaged all the next day- It leaves my hair soft, shiny, and nearly tangle free without conditioner (I have short/medium very fine hair)- The product doesn't contain a ton of chemicals or perfumes which could make scalp problems worse- My frizz isn't as crazyCons:- Ummm....none thus far.Overall:- Totally rad dude.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience overall. This product made my hair awesome beautiful, shiny and strong. I have thinning breaking fine hair. My hair really became so much better, even pretty!! But, my skin. OMG! I guess it's clogged my pores. Cause I had so many acnes I looked like a teenager again. _ I'm in my early 40s. _ it Took month to get my skin back to normal after stopping the use of this product. I gave 4stars because it's really works on hair ! it would be more awesome if it's would not clog pores. :(

I have very itchy scalp with tons of dandruff(I was on selsun blue for years) and I was looking for a more healthier / natural option to traditional anti dandruff shampoo. I tried sooo many, spent a lot of money on all kinds and brands and nothing worked for me. This vinegar rinse cleanser was the first one that made my scalp stop itching and cured all my heavy dandruff...BUT....omg the smell....it's unbearable! I gagged the whole 5 minutes I had it on while waiting to rinse it off, I used every conditioner and shampoo I had in the shower to try to get the smell off my hair and nothing beat it. I noticed that once the hair is dry the smell fades away and it kinda disappears in a couple days...just in time for a new hair wash :O it doesn't really smell like plain vinegar, I love vinegar and I use it very often but this is nothing like just vinegar. Oh and by the way, my husband doesn't think it smells gross(or he might just be trying to be nice since I'm already so grossed out). Since it's the only one that works, I decided to keep using it only once in a while, like once a week or every two weeks and it still works. I usually wait until my scalp gets bad and then give it another dose of grossness , and so on :)

I used to make my own rinse of a couple of tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in a quart of warm water. Several years ago I discovered this rinse and now it's my go-to every few weeks or whenever my hair needs a pick-me-up. Leaves it feeling light and soft, silky and bouncy. I distribute the rinse throughout my hair, rub it around, then comb it through--I can tell how much the rinse is removing when I haven't used it for a few months: it makes my hair sudsy! Then I rinse it out and apply a very small amount of conditioner to the ends. I don't mind the vinegar smell; it disappears when my hair dries.

If you have tried many shampoos and home remedies and found them all to be unsuccessful then your ready to step it up with this shampoo. Wow let me tell you it has a strong vinegar scent but if yout like me who is frustrated and distressed then you wont care about the smell and it will be the last thing on your mind when your pleasantly surprised this shampoo is actually working! Now let tell you it didnt get rid of my dandruff but it sure did controll it and to me thats big! I have been dealing with this embarassing condition for many years and its been depressing trying to find something to get rid of it so instead i changed my view of things and just deal with getting it under control. I have and this shampoo rinse had helped with that i use it at least once a week and i also use another shampoo called MG217 which is ok for now until i find another good compliment i can use with this one!! I used this Vinegar Rinse Cleanser 2 times a week to treat my oily hair and dandruff which seems to work somewhat. It didn't get rid of the issue but my scalp wasn't as reactive or itchy and I didn't have to wash my hair everyday like I had to in the past...I could skip a day and my hair wasn't as greasy and only had a few flakes as opposed to before when it was a lot worse.My one gripe is that it is relatively expensive especially for only getting 1 cup worth of product. And to cover all my scalp I need about an 1/8th of a cup so I ended up using less and rubbing it into the parts of my scalp that are effected by dandruff the most so as to save product and make the product last longer.I've purchased this numerous times since it does noticeably work but my budget is tight and so have been looking for something cheaper that would be effective. If cost wasn't an issue than I'd definitely continually repurchase this.
