FS Magnesium Glycinate, 180 Capsules, 250mg Bisglycinate Complex

I'm not usually one to leave reviews when I buy things, but after researching Magnesium Glycinate for sleep, I came across this brand and ordered some. This stuff is incredible - both my partner and I have slept amazingly well since taking these tablets - good quality, deep sleep every night! Also waking up in the morning feeling like our muscles are totally relaxed. I only wish I had started taking these a long time ago!

Been in a out of hospital with heartrate as high as 180-200bpm and irregular heartbeat. Anxiety has been through the roof, very irritable, very jumpy and on edge, sleep pattern very messy (could barely get a full night's sleep) Been taking these for about 10 days and can officially say I have had none of those symptoms for at least 5 days and counting. Sleep is the best I've had in a long time. I feel so so well again! Apparently magnesium deficiency is one of the top cause of heart problems (including heart attacks and heart failure), anxiety and more. If you ever have or go to hospital/doctors with heart issues, anxiety, sleep issues, etc and they give you a potassium drip and/or test for magnesium or no amount of deep breathing is helping and regardless of the the results, remember this review and get yourself some mineral supplements when you get home

On initial use for a week, it appears to do what Mg Glycinate does - aid more restful sleep. I've definitely felt that the last week of sleep has been a touch deeper than normal, where I have been taking an equivalent dose of Mg Citrate. The capsules are easy to take; there is no residual taste or "sticking in the throat" sensations.

Nice packaging and looks professional, it gives me good sleep but then I have Migraine triggered by vasodilation and these pills are playing with my blood vessels. Soon after I take one or two pills I feel pressure in my head which means my blood vessels are widening or swelling. It is my first time taking Magnesium Glycinate and as I’m aware it should relax the blood vessels. Update: It has nothing to do with this particular brand as I’ve tried another one and it does the to me. It’s just my type of migraine doesn’t suits this type of Magnesium.

I bought these capsules as I heard that magnesium glynicate is very good for nerve pain as suffering from facial pain so I thought why not try these since trying them the facial pain seems less so let’s see if magnesium does work

Such good quality magnesium that I can’t live without! They most definitely make me sleep so well and if I don’t take them I really notice how it affects my sleep.

Llevo usando este producto más de un año. Me va muy bien, me lo tomo por la noche antes de dormir una o dos cápsulas según me vea con sueño o poco sueño. Definitivamente lo recomiendo
