Too Many Flaws
I got this tablet for Christmas 2014. I was really excited to finally have a tablet. After using it for two weeks, I am very disappointed with it. There are too many flaws involved with this tab. I have searched online ways to fix it, but have not found anything related to the exact title of Bright Tab 7" 4.4 KitKat Android WiFi Dual Camera PC Tablet. Yes, I have searched that exact title and have not found any reviews or information on how to fix the issues.Issue #1 -- This tab reboots itself daily, and sometimes more than once a day. Rebooting is really loud! I have looked at the settings and even searched other Android tablet brands and have not found any way to fix it. The only thing that I HAVE found closely related was a page for Android tabs in general that said to do a factory reset. Since I didn't have much on my new tab already I went ahead and did that. It only created more issues.Issue #2 -- After the factory reset, it added a strange app called MoboMarket that threw pop ups onto my home screen and wanted to update my apps and it even wanted to add new apps that I don't want! My first thought, of course, was to uninstall it. Guess what? There isn't a way to uninstall it! This annoying app wasn't in my Google Play apps page! So then I was convinced that this thing had to be adware! Instead, I went into Settings > Apps and disabled it from there. It turned off most the MoboMarket's features except that pop up still shows up on the home screen when I turn on my tablet.Issue #3 -- It installs apps slowly, takes too long or sometimes not at all! My wifi speed is fine on my phone and PC. There isn't a reason why this tab should handle my wifi in such a horrible way.Issue #4 -- The camera's (video and photo) picture quality is horrible. it produces a fuzzy picture. My Android phone's video and photo quality looks 10x better.Issue #5 -- This could be a minor issue if you don't care much for weather clocks. The pre-installed transparent weather clock widget that comes with the tablet is horrible!! Half the time it cannot find my location (which happens to be a big city) when I search it, though when it does, the weather does not update! I've learned to live without it. I have weather on my phone anyway.I had planned on taking this with me on a trip in may. Now I am second guessing it. I would be very embarrassed if it rebooted itself in the middle of the public bus ride that I plan on taking. Like I said, the reboot is VERY loud! Hopefully I can convince my parents to return this tablet. As for other customers, if you don't mind everything I've mentioned here, then by all means, go ahead and buy this product.I'd also like to mention that there are plenty of other issues with Bright Tab that I can't remember at the moment. The ones I have mentioned, however, are the biggest problems. I hope this helps out anyone.
