Baby Monitor, Video Monitoring, WiFi, Pan/Tilt with Two-Way Audio and Night Vision

The cold, hard facts as to why I returned this is as follows:This monitor did not work as advertised. The picture is so grainy and the feed back is SO loud the only way it wouldn't wake up a baby is if the incoming audio was on mute which defeats the purpose of having a monitor with audio capabilities to hear if your baby makes noise. The iphone app is extremely difficult to use and there are virtually no directions.If the monitor had worked as advertised, I may have ended up keeping it but I have never in my life had such a weird experience with a product:-There are virtually no directions to follow to set up the monitor and use the app. I googled the company and the website seems very odd. The only instructions on the website come in the form of a rather unprofessional and uninformative youtube video that was made in someones kitchen: [...]-I work in I.T. so I'd like to think I'm more tech-savvy than the average bear... I may have been able to figure out the app except I don't know how to read Chinese. Yes, most of the app is in characters.-There are so many spelling errors on the box housing the monitor (the product box, not the shipping box). Some are covered up with stickers and others are not.The whole thing was very odd. But again, ultimately I returned the product because it did not work as advertised.

I love this camera! Its got such a crystal clear picture on it! The fact that you can move the camera on your phone is excellent as well!*EDIT* Less than a couple days into having this camera we noticed that the camera would turn on and off without us using it. The light on the back blinks when in use and it would turn on all the time! DO NOT BUY. Who knows who is watching your house or your babies?!? Good as gone from my home!!

I have yet to get this monitor to work, a big waste of my time and money. I thought maybe my home wireless router was outdated so I spent big bucks on the latest and greatest one of those....still can't get this monitor to work. Not a happy camper with this item.

Returning camera now. Purchased because I thought it was going to be "easy to set up" as was described in the reviews. It was not. After the first plug in it would not read the QR code and I tried it in multiple places in my home. Don't purchase because it isn't easy to set up.

I bought the baby monitor as a gift for my niece' s baby. I'm very pleased because it's super easy to install, works great and my niece loves it. Excellent!

Didn't work with my internet. Not sure why. They tried to help but wouldn't let me return it when I discovered it wouldn't work in my house

Easy to use and set up

I am incredibly disappointed. I chose this camera because of good reviews. It came with no user manual - just one piece of paper that explained how to connect it to wifi. Those directions were useless. After several email exchanges with support I was told to reset it with the included pin. There is no pin but I had an earring I was able to make work. I finally got it set up but there are literally no instructions on how to use it. I've emailed them 4 times now asking (begging) to know how to record video but no one will respond. I purchased an SD card for recording purposes but have no idea how to record. When you push the camera icon it only captures a picture. By the way, when you go into the pictures you've captured you can't just delete certain ones - you have to clear them all or keep them all. I really just want to return it. I was willing to tough it out if customer support would help but they won't even respond.In addition to the above disappointments, I'm wishing I could keep the app running in the background so I could use my phone for other things. Thankfully I have an iPad I can use for the camera but it's not convenient at all.Also, every night I've used the camera (which I use as a monitor for my son while he's sleeping) it disconnects some time during the night. That defeats the purpose of having a monitor.
