Is this mat safe for my child?

Yes. All materials are non-toxic. Non-slip base keeps mat stable on hardwood, tile, and carpet. Firm EPE foam offers stable support for controlled moves. For high-impact dismounts, place a soft landing mat at the wedge's end

How long will this mat last?

With proper use, this mat lasts through multiple children and years of training. High-density EPE foam resists collapse. Removable, washable and anti-tear PVC cover extends hygiene. Reviews confirm it holds up beautifully after years of daily use.

Can my child use this on their own?

Yes. The four reinforced side handles make children can carry and reposition the mat independently. The mat folds and unfolds in under 10 seconds with no tools or adult help needed.

How do I clean this mat?

For daily cleaning, wipe the PVC leather surface with a damp cloth. For deep cleaning, unzip the two metal zippers and remove the entire cover — it can be washed or replaced. This removable cover feature is unique among gymnastics wedge mats.

Can adults use this mat?

Yes. The Large size (56x28x15 inches) is suitable for adults using the incline for Pilates exercises, stretching routines, core training, and physical therapy movements. It supports all heights for incline-supported exercises.
