Appreciate the low dose
These seem effective based on my lab reports before and after taking them. I appreciate that they come in just 18mg. My iron was low enough to make me feel lousy but no so low that I would need (or want) to take some of the mega dose supplements out there.I only need one every other day and they have made a positive difference for me.

Easy to swallow and no after taste
