Didn't work
I had high hopes for these prunes to " clean me out". They didn't work. I have drank very aggressive diet teas before so maybe I was expecting too much. I could have drank regular prune juice instead of spending $30 on these.

Works great for me
Didn't get them to lose weight. Got to help with digestive issue and that is working.

Very similar to Sunsweet prunes
I love Sunsweet prunes, and these dried plums are very similar in flavor and texture. They are delicious, but like with any prune, you can't eat more than one a day, or you will have loose stool. Weight loss with these? No. But you will be more regular. These dried plums are individually wrapped, and they are unpitted (i.e., they are dried with the pit still in them). I like everything about them, except the price. The listing includes seven individually wrapped prunes, and as I write this review, the price is $23.98 for seven (3.25 cents per prune). You can get 32 oz of Sunsweet prunes for $18.26. They are not packaged as nicely, and they are not individually wrapped, but I don't think the price difference is worth it.Ali Julia review

Tasty
Make sure you don't eat the seed in the middle. It is pretty big. The fruit of the plum that surrounds the pit is very sweet and tastes good. I like that they come individually wrapped so that you can take them with you without them sticking to anything.

These were bad
I have had this product before from a different seller and they were fantastic, as advertised and very effective. These were bad and I threw them out.

You're much better off just buying regular prunes
These are a marketing gimmick and a waste of packaging. They are individually wrapped prunes rubbed in added ingredients that make them hard to get down and they don't offer any more benefits than just standard prunes that you can buy in bulk and that you should definitely eat more than one of to get any health benefits. These won't lead to weight loss, or deliver any of the high sounding claims the company is implying will come with each measly prune. I ate three in one sitting and never had any laxative effect, only slight nausea from the straight mate tea they coated these with that pickled my stomach lining because there was nothing to buffer the tannins and astringency. Because these are coated in mulberry leaf, senna, and mate tea, they taste horrible compared to regular dried plums. But even then, a single wrapped plum is not enough to make any difference in your health or weight goals! (If you are very sensitive I imagine that, yes, these will act like a laxative but it's a roundabout and expensive way to consume a laxative and for me, they did nothing in that department.)Eat some whole foods, get more micronutrients as a result, and you'll end up with less packaging waste AND more money in your pocket! These also have ambiguous "dietary fiber" in the ingredient list and beta carotene added so for all I know, they could have other undeclared ingredients like sugar because companies, especially foreign ones, do that. These are nauseatingly sweet but in an un-prune sort of way and the sweetness makes the strong taste of the added herbs barf-inducing.I don't think many consumers will want to eat another one of these after their first taste but maybe that's just me. I have an intense psychological aversion to these by just looking at the package sitting on my counter and I love healthy foods including prunes. Senna made me very sick once when I took too much of the straight powder so maybe that's why my brain panics when I see these because they have a strong senna flavor. Either way, even if you did like them, these aren't worth the scant amount you get and the individual wrapping. They certainly won't magically make you lose weight....unless of course you get deathly ill from eating them which is definitely a possibility....
