Poor quality, broke within 30 days
Uodate, so far been working well. It Kept having connection problems. Keeps getting stuck while panning. Can't change some settings and very cheap. You get what you pay for.

Read Reviews before buying
Would not connect to my current CloudEdge network. Would not connect to my home network using the Neye3C, no blue light per instructions.. I didn’t have time to read reviews before ordering so I blame myself, for getting the same problems as all of the other 1 star reviews. Price was too good to be a quality product.

Good choice!
I purchased this before reading reviews, so I was definitely skeptical, however this has been an amazing tool for me. I am able to scan my entire room, hear my pets, and talk to them when I'm away! Glad I purchased it!

I had some connections issues with device however, to resolve the issue customer service provided was excellent and issues are resolved

Baby Camera
I loved how I can see my kids in the dark and day perfectly. I also loved how I can move the camera around on my phone easily and that I can speak through it to my kids while I'm home or away. I haven't had any issues with it.

Feels Cheaply Made and Interface App Leaves Much to be Desired
Simply put it works but the app doesn't really work well or make live streaming a user friendly function. First thing i noticed was it felt very light and almost cheaply made to the touch. Not even 5 min after unboxing and the lens pops out and has to be put back, wasn't difficult just disappointing.Syncing to wifi and connecting wasn't hard, but ease of use cross platform isn't easy and the native app is not really up to par for my expectations.Does work and does do what it states. No more, no less, but moderately disappointing in my opinion

The Camara Not Wireless. Always going offline.
It did what it was supposed to do only thing was that it kept going offline and always asking to configure wifi passwordand reset camara atleast three times a week. I had to return it. Sometimes it would go off at 2am and it was very loud.. Easy to install. The price was good.

Not great
The camera app logs my wife and I out back and forth when we each log in it logs out the other, and the video feed will only work 20% of the time. Not a great camera but you get why you pay for I guess. I’d go with reolink or Blurams. I’ve had both brands and both were outstanding for the price. Going back to those
