The media could not be loaded. This product didn’t last long. Only use it once a week or so and the internal seal started to leak and the blade wobbles as if loose.

Cheap extractor blade
Bearings went out on the extracted blade after a month and a half, had my NutriBullet for over 10 years so I do not overfill cup and do not run till overheats. 32 oz cup did its job though happy with that.
