Request to supplier: I would like to replace it and get the packed box.Reason: When it received the complete Cert Guide box it was torn smartly from the bottom of the box. See attached pictures.My bad, I neglected this indicator and open up the box. Further, in excitement I went ahead with opening up Voucher code attached at the end of Volume-1.ISBN and Price details mentioned on the box and box cover is not matching with what’s written on both books.It seems contents of the box are tampered. Box contains just two volumes, nothing else. On back on volume one, it has a voucher code.Both books looks in new condition but it seems simulator labs, video training and some contents are missing but don’t know what.After paying so much high price for these books, I’m Highly disappointed to receive a open box.Please don’t buy from this supplier.

Libros muy útiles y bien escritos. Contienen toda la información necesaria para el examen CCNA y mucho contenido extra (vídeos, preguntas de exámenes, ejercicios prácticos, laboratorios…) al que se puede acceder con un código incluido en el libro. Muy recomendables!
