These are delicious. They aren’t soft, but Amazon asked me to rate that feature. I don’t think they were intended to be soft, so I gave them 5 stars for a crispy bite of A Little More Than Vanilla deliciousness, that is also gluten free (because relative has actual biopsy confirmed Celiac, not because gluten is intrinsically more unhealthy than any other arbitrary protein.) YUM!

I like these a lot. I suffer from LPR, which means I can't have chocolate, citrus, cinnamon etc. Doesn't look like the picture though. If your kids (or you) are expecting a pretty, colorful cookie, it's not. Tastes good though, and no horrible ingredients. I will buy these again.

I am a gluten free plant based dieter who avoids all animal products and was so surprised by these cookies! My husband got a small 3 cookie sample in a company gift box for Christmas and I've order the standard boxes from Amazon since. The texture is that of a hard cookie, but doesn't fall apart when you bite into it (like some gluten free breads I've tried). I find the flavor similar to the birthday cake ice cream I can no longer eat; however, they are just a tad salty. The salt doesn't overwhelm the flavor and I think it's probably there to balance everything out. I will add that I am not a salt fiend or adverse to salt, I use it when a recipe calls for it and don't add it to anything extra - I am a pepper fiend - that stuff goes on everything except these cookies!

These cookies taste nothing like birthday cake. They are merely a sweet cookie. They are crisp. I would not buy these again!

These were really flavorful! They are a little dry and crunchy but still yummy especially with all the pluses like being gluten free and vegan!

These are a little disappointing. The flavor isn’t awful, but the cookie itself is HARD and dry, and has a kind of a gritty/grainy texture as you chew. Maybe if you are deep into an exclusively gluten-free diet and you also happen to be a big “milk dipper” this might work for you. But there are too many better cookies out there for me to recommend this. *I bought these because they are nut free, not because they are gluten free. So maybe I’m not the target audience.

We love these cookies as my daughter has many food allergies. Unfortunately these were expired and didn’t notice until she ate one. Wished seller would’ve noticed.
