Confortable and Sturdy
I have used the chair for about 3 days at my desk job so far, and it has proven comfortable and pretty easy to adjust as needed. Assembly went smoothly, though I would recommend having a second person to hold the back of the chair in place when attaching it to the base. The included hex key had an ergonomic handle that made getting leverage easy. The chair feels sturdy, and the back support feels good to me.

A solid chair for the budget conscious sitter.
While this is not THE most comfortable chair, let's face it - if you sit for long periods, what chair IS? I bought this chair because I'm making a career change. I've returned to school and spend hours at my desk. At the age of 50, sitting for a long time with my nose pointed toward a book can be hard on the seat, back and neck. I looked at all kinds of office chairs and settled on this one, primarily because it was on sale, was in my budget and so I clicked the "Add to cart" button and hoped for the best. It was delivered, and I had to work that evening, and when I got home my 17-year-old son had assembled it. My theory on the simplicity of assembly can be deduced from that sentence above. He didn't have any extra parts left over and the chair was complete! I sat down. I leaned back. I shifted the lever that keeps the chair in an upright position and sat straight up. Okay! I can live with this. It has been almost two full months of using this chair and I have no problems. Pros: easy to assemble sufficient comfort level - adequate cushion in the seat can be leaned back or pop the lever in to stay straight up rollers on bottom headrest is adjustable affordable easy to clean arm-rests can be moved up or down height adjustment is self-explanatory - you'll figure it out the "lumbar" support is actually comfortable - it's "there" if you back up to it but if you scoot forward just a bit, you won't feel it if you don't want to sit like that Overall this seems like a chair that's going to last me for a few years, at least, and not fall apart. In the context of size, I'm not a small or extra larger person. I'm an average middle-aged woman with meat on the bones. The seat is plenty big enough. I would recommend this chair as an upgrade to the hand-me-down office chair that just isn't comfortable any longer.

Good medium priced office chair with a few problems
I bought this during Prime Days and got a good deal. I am not an expert on chairs, but I've bought about six office chairs in the last decade. These are good chairs. I would buy again. Pros: - reasonable price - comfortable for both my self and my wife - seat is large, good thigh support, and soft - adjustable arm rests, lumbar supports, head rest, and tilt stiffness - nice! - somewhat easy to assemble - the screws and parts are in a blister pack with a couple extra parts Cons: - rollers do not roll as easy as some chairs Assembly notes: - as a retired tech writer, I'll give the Assembly Guide a 70% - it's all illustrations and the illustrations are not large enough - the parts labels don't always match the assembly instructions - don't forget the washers - it's hard to see in the illustrations, but most bolts use them - the casters are difficult to install into the bottom frame - use a light coat of three-in-one oil on the caster stems and they will go in easily - it is difficult to attach the chair back to the seat - put both parts on the ground and concentrate on getting one bolt in, the others will be easy to get in

SIHOO M18 chair is amazing
I purchased the SIHOO M18 Ergonomic Chair a few years ago and have really enjoyed it. It’s very comfortable and offers multiple adjustments, whether you want to recline and relax or sit upright for work. The back support is also excellent, and I haven’t had any issues with the chair at all. You can easily tell it’s high quality from the build and appearance—no creaks or noises whatsoever. I highly recommend this chair to anyone in the market for a new office chair.

Best Chair EVER! Read how it was determined…
I started working from home in June. I had an old 20+ year desk chair that had seen better days, and it was so uncomfortable, not sure why I was still using it. My knees and back hurt after sitting on it for 8+ hours a day. Mind you, I had come from a field job where I sat in my car for 8 hours a day, and that was even more comfortable than my old desk chair. So, figured it was time to purchase a new desk chair. I didn’t want to spend a fortune and I looked at the local office stores and they were either too expensive or just not comfortable when I sat on them. So I decided to check out Amazon and I am so glad that I did!! I actually ordered 3 different chairs as I wasn’t sure what size or type would work for me. When they arrived, it was like Goldie Locks and the 3 bears story. I set each chair bottom and backs on my couch (didn’t want to put them together, to not be able to get apart to return), and lined up side by side, it was looking at small, medium and large chairs in a row. One was too small, one was too hard and back too short, and one was just right, which was this chair!! It was the tallest of the three and seemed the best quality as well. I was concerned that the bottom cushion was going to be too hard, but when put together and used daily it actually is very comfortable. It gives support and my knees don’t hurt at the end of 8 hours! The back gives just the right support and is nice that it can lean back if you need it too. I haven’t really had a need to use the headrest, but know it is there if I need it, which neither of the other chairs came with. After using every day for the past two months, there have been no problems or complaints when using this chair. It moves around fine and the arm rests are comfortable with the slightly indented center areas for your arms to rest. The one and only thing is it has started to squeak from time to time, so I hope that it doesn’t get worse. I haven’t tried to source where it is coming from or tried to oil it, so for now it is a very minor nuisance. Overall for the price and the quality and comfort I would recommend this chair and hope that it lasts for years to come!!!

High-Quality; Customizable Back & Neck Support; Tension Control
Incredible quality and price. Straightforward assembly; took a 5'1" 115-lb woman about 25 minutes to assemble. Popping wheels into metal frame requires the most strength; be careful not to get pinched. Excellent for "big and tall" folks, but not gigantic or weirdly large for people of average or petite stature. Any adult of average or much heavier body weight and 5' to at least 6'6" in height would be completely comfortable. Mesh backing is durable and flexible, not at all cheap or loose. More like material you'd expect to find with a nice new car interior. Material is high-quality all around (mesh, fabric, armrests, metal wheel frame, adjustment pedals & dials). Every aspect is adjustable to a fine degree; lower-back pad can be adjusted for tighter or looser lumbar support. Headrest can function as neckrest at lower height and tilts smoothly. Chair reclines naturally with body weight to reach around a 140° angle (no lever needed; just lean back). Reclining can be locked and unlocked; locked is good for those who need more support to remain seated straight upright (for those with weaker back muscles/stabilizers, leaning against the back will cause it to gently recline if that feature is unlocked). You can also adjust the tension (how much "give" the chair has -- think like a soft versus firm mattress), which I've never seen as an office chair feature. Really amazing range of adjustments to provide superior back, neck, head, and shoulder support while encouraging good posture and allowing for smooth, easy yet gentle (not sudden) swivel/recline. Purchased for my partner who suffers chronic lumbar discomfort/pain/numbness/weakness/stiffness due to a car accident 10 years ago. He is 6'2" and around 180 lbs, not to mention he has dreadlocks over 5 feet long which are very heavy and cause neck strain. He is completely comfortable for long periods working at his computer sitting upright in this chair, and he feels little to no stiffness or pain after hours of desk work. Definitely would recommend to anyone with or without back support needs who seeks maximum quality, hassle free assembly, and quick shipping at a very affordable price.

Good chair with some quality issues
I've been using this chair for 12+ hours a day for the last 5 or 6 months and so far it is much better than my last chair I bought at Staples with a few problems. First, overall the chair is still comfortable when set properly, the cushion on the bottom is a little worn out but is still comfortable and I find the backrest comfortable except for the lumbar support which has very little cushioning and feels like a plastic brick being pushed into my back, however I find that I can keep it mostly out of the way most of the time and it isn't noticeable when I carry most of my weight on my upper back area while reclining. The reclining angle is super comfortable and the mesh on the back is not noticeably worn out. I like the headrest which is made of a cushioned mesh, its not better than a pillow but it's very comfortable to be able to rest your head in a chair you are going to sit in for long hours and gives good support. The arm rests don't feel amazing, they have a very stiff plasticky cushion feeling that I'm not much a fan of in terms of pure comfort but they get the job done as I mostly only rest my elbows on them when typing. The arm rest adjustment has a pretty good height range and I keep them at the highest settings and set as close to the chair as possible. While the chair may be comfortable, I have had some quality issues that bring down my opinion of the chair. First, my right arm rest does not go as high as my left arm rest and I have to set the left one down two positions to match the right one Second, the back rest locking for the upright position is broken but I can rarely get it to work as long as I don't put much weight on the back. I would imagine that most people would want to lock the chair upright as opposed to the other positions. Third, the 3 screws holding in the backrest untighten themselves over time, causing the backrest to move to its furthest back position and rock left or right if I lean on either side. When I tighten them again they will usually last about 1-2 weeks before becoming mostly loose again. There is no danger of the screws completely falling out though, just losing their tightness Lastly, I'm not sure how stable or secure the wood panel at the bottom of the seat that everything attaches to is strong enough, I used to have my armrests adjusted out further from the center but when I would lift up on my arms to adjust my seating position I would occasionally hear a sound of the wood stressing under the torque from the armrests. since I moved both armrests as close to the center as I can this has not happened; I would like them a little bit wider but I don't want to risk breaking the chair over it. Also, one of the factory-installed screws in the bottom seat panel fell out and wont stay back in but I haven't noticed any problems other than the risk of stepping on a screw caused by it While this is likely the most comfortable chair I've ever sat in, I have to give it 3 stars for the uncomfortable lumbar support and the quality control issues. If the QC issues were fixed I could easily give this chair a 4 star review
