BodnoMagicard 300 Dual Sided ID Card Printer & Complete Supplies Package ID Software - Silver Edition

Bodno's customer service is out-of-this-world! I saw reviews saying how good their customer service is and was still skeptical. However, I've called them twice and they are unbelievably polite, and patient. I have ZERO regrets purchasing a refurbished Magicard 300 from Bodno!!!

Exceptional service

The printer itself is very easy to set up and get setup with the included instructions. The print quality is good, not the best I have seen, but it is great for the speed and price. The Bodno editing software is simple and intuitive to use, making it easy to create your own ID cards.But the best part is the response time by Bodno's tech support line. Even if you make a mistake or have a setting set incorrectly they will guide you through it. I was having an issue with the printer not printing and a tech named Jack really helped me out. Showed me the fix in about 5 minutes.

So we purchased this last year, we did some initial testing, all worked well, however we did not notice the software version was different from what we ordered - we ordered gold and received bronze. 8 months later, we go to utilize the RFID for new ID cards, and realize the software version is not correct. Thankfully we kept all original boxing that verified we received bronze, but our amazon order clearly states GOLD. Contacted Bodno, hoping to get it resolved, but all we got was case tickets issued and immediately closed, so we have not gotten resolution - yet. I will attempt to contact them again, but their customer support was horrible. ENSURE TO VERIFY the software VERSION matches what you purchased!

The printer is easy to use and produces a quality badge/card. It's actually really easy to use but I did have a question recently and Jude was polite, extremely knowledgeable, and fantastic to work with. No long hold times, either!! Thank you Jude!!!

Great value for the money. Double-sided badge printer bundled with Bodno Gold Edition with lots of features. Downside is message reporting software license not detected every time you start the program. Needs to read it from a USB dongle and verify it online. Not the end of the World but a distraction, and time consuming.

Seems to work okay in word… after contacting the company they do not support MAC so it is limited in the printing. Probably better for PC users. Duplexing works well. However if you are wanting color on both sides without the software it takes some figuring out but it is possible.

Tried to register the Magicard 300, but couldn't . Also tried to complete the driver installation but the computer doesn't detect the printer, also the included printer roll , the printer says wrong film loaded.

If you want to customize your cards instead of using an establish template it gets a little complicated. Fairly easy to use if you have some experience working with excel / database fields. HOWEVER - the technical support more than makes up for it. Quick to respond and assist - extremely courteous. Thank you Angelo!!

It works fine. We have two issues with it:1- The print quality is not that high in comparison to our previous printer. Images appear to be a bit washed..2- You better not lose that USB stick that comes with it as it has the Bondo software license key onit. If you lose it, your software doesn't even launch and as such you're out of luck until you pay for another license...

My printer worked great for one entire foil but then started eating my second foil so I contacted the company and they sent me a replacement printer right away and it’s working well. Great product support so far!
