Q: what are the inches measurements for? I'm assuming I am wrong. But are the measurements for. . . by chance. . . caliber size? you know.... privates?

It's how far the pant leg goes down your thigh. They also offer a 3" and a 9" variant. The 3" is like classic boxer briefs and the 9" is almost knee length. Nothing to do with your schlong.

Under armor runs true to size. I wear size 34 and they fit great.

Q: Does the front pouch accommodate larger endowment?

Can confirm it does, however the pouch offers very little in terms of support for the 'fellas' while they are in there. Normal activity is fine, but strenuous activity... they'll be bouncing around a lot.
