Loved these
I really love these! Maybe they don’t taste like true gnocchi but they were really good. Maybe it also depends on how you cook them. I chose to sauté them. They were great with some kale and marinara. The next day I use the leftovers and a salad and they were Yum Yum.

Pretty dang tasty
Got this to make food for a friend on a as gluten free diet. Had to taste. Wow. As someone who does not eat gluten free, I was surprised at how good these are. They are tangy but I could definitely see myself eating them. I at least never would have guessed there was cauliflower in them.

This gnocchi is sweet and sour. That is not a good thing.
I boiled them. I doubt cooking them another way would have any impact on the terrible taste. I like the Trader Joe's Cauliflower Gnocchi and thought I'd give these a try. The label says made in Italy just like the TJs one so I figured they'd be similar. They are not similar. These are terrible. I made them with pecorino Romano and Black Forest ham to hide the flavor--somehow the gnocchi are both sweet and sour--checked the label to see if lemon juice was used. I ate most of it because I was hungry after my long run-- my dog is a picky eater (read foodie-dog) but she liked it. Thought I'd mention that since reviews said it smelled like dog food. I tried making cauliflower gnocchi from scratch once and it did not go well (they were limp blobs) otherwise I wouldn't spend money on GF gnocchi at all. Extra bonus the Tjs one has les carbs and no cornstarch.

Pleasantly surprised!
I’m shocked by the reviews, perhaps they haven’t cooked them properly, or not enough sauce. When I opened the bag, I was scared, they smell like... well, the after shakes you get after eating cauliflower 💨 😄 but after mustering the courage to try them, I cooked them both suggested ways: pan fried and boiled. When cooked the right amount of time, they came out very soft, fluffy, and like what you’d expect gnocchi to be texturally. I tried the fried ones dipped in a white garlic sauce and the boiled one in a soup. Both ways took flavor in nicely. Next I will try them with a tomato sausage sauce and I expect them to be very good as well. I would recommend! My only issue with these is the fact that they’re cauliflower, you would assume they would be lower carb, but they are not. I’m not sure what the purpose of making them with cauliflower was, in this case?

Oddly sweet tasting and too soft
If you have to abstain from gluten these are an acceptable substitute, but I wouldn't even go so far as to call them good. They have an oddly (and confusingly) sweet taste, and they cook up to be much softer, with a somewhat offputting mildly pasty texture. I'll stick to traditional gnocchi.

Perfect! Not mushy. Can brown nicely!! Now, if I can only learn how not to burn sage butter...
These little pillows brown up perfectly... I needed my cooktop so preheated oven to 350. Melted a smidge of ghee on cooktop, then coated gnocci in the ghee. In the oven 5 minutes, flip, turn off the oven and keep them in for another 4 minutes or so. Nicely browned on 2 sides. Did not mush together like TJ's. 1 box would yeild 4 filling servings. A good value for a quick, easy meal. Note: You need to refrigerate after opening so be sure to get them to room temp before cooking. TJ's are frozen, leading to the mush. They are delicious too! Good way to sneak in a veggie.

Delicious Air Fried - update: mold inside
I sprayed them with a little avocado oil and sprinkled with garlic salt then air fried for about 10 minutes until golden. They were delicious- also had some organic marinara for dipping! Easy, quick and delicious dinner! Update … 3rd time buying and when I opened the box, the bag with the gnocchi inside was covered in mold! There was still two months left before it expired. Could just be a one time issue, but buyer beware.

Odd, sour taste
The texture of the gnocchi was perfect after boiling then pan frying but there was a very odd and sour taste to them that I just couldn’t get past. Even when paired with chicken and spinach. Definitely would not purchase again
