I did originally put a bad review on this because the instructions to inflate was poor. They don’t tell you to remove the plug from the ball first, before fitting the inflatable adapter, so you obviously try and insert the inflatable adapter into the plug, if you do it is impossible to inflate. REMOVE THE WHITE PLUG FIRST. It can now say it inflated perfectly and I’m happy with it

Son loves to decompress and stretch out on this ball. It’s very durable and pump is simple to use

The pump is very poor quality & doesn't fit the hole in the ball so won't inflate. Waste of money. Don't buy - you'll only have to return it.

The pump could not blow up ball. Cheap and no good. The ball seems to be good quality

I love it, it supports my posture when I'm sitting on the couch ,helps me stretchy back gently and aids my yoga movements greatly

This has been used heavily since purchasing, and has stood up to some extreme bouncing. I did buy it for myself but my children have commandeered it. I had to purchase a second (smaller one) to end fights over who’s go it is to bounce. Kids watch telly while bouncing and generally romping about with their exercise balls constantly, so I’m really happy with the product, it has coped with my wild children which is impressive. It’s also made my children much more active when they’d normally just be sitting down.

A little disappointed 😔. I've had this product for a few months now and had to wait to use it because I couldn't pump it up. The pump provided with it is terrible 😭. I suffer from Fibromyalgia and to try and pump up with this thing was unbearable. In fact, I simply couldn't. I had to go and spend an additional £15.00 on an electrical pump. Pump is plastic, cheap and flimsy. So I strongly recommend if buying this ball also buy an electrical pump to save you the upset and frustration of using the the pump the merchant provides.

Empfehlung.

Gonfiata con il gonfiatore in dotazione, ci sono voluti una 20 di minuti però i miei figli si sono 😀 divertiti, a parte gli scherzi, regge bene, palla fitness 55 cm, per me che sono alta 1,55 è ok riesco a fare gli esercizi per la schiena e addominali perfettamente. Grazie per la tempestività della consegna.

Prodotto come da descrizione. Qualità-prezzo corrispondente. In precedenza avevo quella del Decathlon che ho rotto accidentalmente, sicuramente più resistente, di qualità più alta ma anche con un prezzo altrettanto maggiore.Per gli esercizi di ginnastica posturale che faccio in casa è cmq ottima.

tutto sommato 3 stelle meritate, pero non adatto se volete fare un regalo perchè ha un box in busta nera e un gonfiatore che sembra quello dei bambiniriguarda la resistenza della palla sembra ok, staremo a vederecolore differente da quello pubblicizzato
