Schneider Gelion Plus Gel Refill, Pack of 10, Blue

I used to like using a fountain pen for making notes but, since the advent of the iPad, have gone digital. Handwriting was just for quick notes on scraps of paper. My wife bought me a new pen for a recent birthday and it can with a Schneider gel cartridge. It was a pleasure to write with - so much so that I soon ran out of ink. To be different, I bought a red refill and, now that is running low, decided to go the whole hog - it's gel ink for me, and RED! I've got a black refill for another pen for signing cheques and other, more formal, documents, but notes are in red. A bonus is that anything I've initialled stands out (such as the expense forms I review for a local charity). April 25 update: I’ve really gotten into using my new pen and onto my third box of refills. Latest batch not 100% as the one I’ve just started using isn’t writing smoothly (hopefully just one in thirty duff).

Ich war auf der Suche nach einer neuen Mine für meinen (günstigen) tactical pen. Da dieser die Mine mittels auf- und zuschrauben ans Tageslicht bringt, passen so ziemlich alle Minentypen. Die ursprüngliche Spacepen-Mine wollte ich nicht mehr, weil mir es die 7-8 EUR pro Mine dieses Mal nicht wert war und ich was Neues testen wollte. Die Schneider Gelion Mine passt in den Pen, was auch nicht verwunderlich ist. Sie schreibt sehr angenehm und weich, es ist nicht notwendig, Druck auszuüben. Man kann den Stift ganz leicht über das Papier führen und erhält ein gleichmäßiges Schriftbild ohne Unterbrechungen. Bis jetzt gab es noch keinerlei Tintenkleckse, also auch gut. Die Tinte selbst trocknet sofort und lässt sich in der Sekunde danach auf dem Papier nicht mehr verwischen. Bisher bin ich somit voll zufrieden. Ich werde hier ergänzen, wenn es weitere Erfahrungen mit anderen Untergründen und Lebensdauer der Minen gibt
