This is great. Just spray on and rub in. That’s it. It works too! No more pills to swallow or gummies to chew. No added sugars. This is the first time I bought this product and will buy it again. My only recommendation is to lower the price. This is a product that most buyers are price sensitive about. Most buy what costs less. Lowering the price will welcome new customers.

I like the ease of use, it wasn't oily, a little bit on your wrist goes a long way & it really works so much better than a pill which is hard for me to swallow because I have nephropathy in my throat. I recommend this product high;y & will continue to use it. Paula Welch, [email protected]

Very clever way to administer a product. No pill swallowing, can be done at any where, any time. I've tried all their products but this one is a favorite. It really helps my husbands sleep habits. I've noticed a huge difference in his daily energy levels and I attribute that to him getting restful sleep thanks to this product.Side note: I ordered this and another one of their products at the same time , they clearly came from two different warehouses. One was in a box and looked perfect, the other was thrown in a bag and arrived with a slightly crushed box. Since these shipments were both fulfilled by Amazon I do not fault the seller. I have had this happen numerous times with products shipped by Amazon.My point is, even with a less than perfect looking package, the product works great!

I have to say this has been my life saver!!! I have finally been able to get sleep and actually dream again. I would defin. recommend this product.

I have not used any other form of melatonin before to have a comparison of reference point on how well it works for me. I may have had unrealistic expectations about how much it would help. The consistency was nice and it was very easy to apply, it would be perfect for taking on trips or places where melatonin would be helpful but you may not have access to a drink to help swallow a pill. I didn't notice any help in falling asleep, but I do feel as if I have a bit more energy and may have gotten better sleep. Will have to see if that continues, in which case it may be beneficial - but the $20 price point is a bit steep for only 30 doses/uses.

I'm not sure if it's been working. Been using it for a week and my sleep still feels the same. I usually put it on my arm and it absorbs really fast. It doesn't smell so great. I'm still going to continue using it and hope it does help my sleep.

This has the texture of a light massage oil. I recommend massaging it into tense muscles before bed. 2 sprays equal 1 mg of melatonin so you can select exactly what works for your body on different days as opposed to a pill. It’s noticeable relaxing and In my experience it works quicker than a pill.

I enjoyed the scent of this product and the feel of the spray along with the quality of the components. I do not think that it is priced correctly based on the concentration of this product.
