Item arrived well packaged and in a timely manner. Worked right out of the box. It is handy to have the carrying case that it comes with to store it in. The temperature is a bit confusing as it gives different readings by over a degree taken within seconds of each other. It makes me question which reading is correct-tympanic (ear) or forehead scan. The forehead scan is a bit tricky, but we think we have it figured out now. The directions are pretty clear. We love how quick it is to get a reading. The feature to shut off sound so as not to wake the patient is appreciated. We also love the colored light system to warn when a fever is present. It is a lightweight system and doesn't create a lot of bulk for fairly easy storage. The display is easy to read in both no to low light as well as brighter/daylight. We would purchase again from this seller of the need arises.

I works fast and well, and is much nicer than sticking a thermometer up a fussy baby’s butt. But I don’t think it’s the most accurate read. It gives you close enough though if they’re not sick!

The design is beautiful, easy to hold, very practical to use.The temperature is taking as fast as light.Also to take the temperature of ears is very easy.Taking the temperature of other things but people are very strange because it only works in the range of the scale.Changing from oF to oC is very easy because there is a toggle switch inside the battery cover to do this.If you are not sure what temperature is a good one you will see a light. Green means ok, yellow a little high, and red definitive high.The ratio of quality-price is excellent.So I recommend this thermometer for every home.

This thermometer very accurate and small enough for good fit where I put all my covid-19 equipment in the kit. I need to get a thermometer for my business use as NYC rules request for all customers need to measure temperature enter and this is a perfect item. As my old forehead thermomete gun went out on me after 3 months which I were extremely disappointed. This thermometer reader has good quality as my old one is very flimsy, sometimes my workers can be clumsy they accidentally drop it and works good. If it has hot pink I will love more. Lol

It only took two minutes to read over the booklet and know how it works. I love how easy it is to use! When my roommate or I come home from being out, it is just so simple to grab our temperature. Some customers are commenting on how the different modes don't have identical reads, but from my experience they are all very close to each other - less than a degree apart. The light indicator after the read is a great bonus. Overall, I liked this product again and would recommend it to a friend or my family.

In the time of Covid I thought an easy to use thermometer a necessity, and when the hubby gets a sore throat he thinks the world is ending. I can quickly take a temp with this. It’s easy to use and easy to read and the price was great. We rarely have a need for taking our temps....but now it’s just nice to have to and do when needed. So the price of this product is what lured me, and it works great. Comes in a small pouch for easy storing as well.

You're probably wondering whether it's worth paying $30 for a thermometer.This is built more like a medical device than a thermometer. It is so fast. Click the button and it comes out with the result in a second. You'll never need another thermometer again.However, do note that the "touchless" part of the description is probably false. I've tested it many times. This is only accurate and precise if you touch the surface. Readings when touching the same surface often only vary by +/- 0.2 F.

The thermometer works great when using the ear insert thermometer. The forehead part does NOT detect low grade fevers.
