Refreshing, tart and sweet surprise!
This was introduced to me as a "health-ier" alternative to soda, but knowing the sugar content Is high I mix it 9:1 with club soda and plenty of ice. The taste is really very refreshing for a once-in-a-while treat. It lasts for months in the refrigerator and it's fun to serve to guests.

so good I bought a whole bottle
Had ordered a drink at the Pok Pok restaurant tonight and they served it in a bubbly tonic water. Absolutely fantastic! You do taste a little vinegar but it's not actually a bad taste or anything. The honey is a wonderful combination to really tie it all together. These are available for $15 directly from Pok Pok if you live in the Portland Oregon area.
