NeilMed Sinus Rinse Kit with Xylitol, 50 Count (Pack of 1)

This is my first time purchasing and using this product or anything similar to it. I was having a terrible time with my sinuses. I could barely breathe and most of the time I would have to breathe through my mouth. My only relief was the nasal sprays, but it only brought temporary relief. My sleep was affected due to the fact that I was waking up every night, gasping for air, and I would also wake up with a sore throat. I would always hear good things about the sinus rinse and never tried it. So it is pretty simple to use. I have only used it once and it causes a weird feeling temporarily and for me it left behind A salty after taste. But that only lasted for maybe an hour. Ever since I first use my sinuses have been issue free for over a month and a half. No need for a second application. This product is amazing and I wish I would have used this many years ago.

Recommended by my surgeon for use after septoplasty surgery. Was hesitant to use it, but was pleasantly surprised by how easy it is to use. Doesn't hurt at all and REALLY made an enormous difference in my recovery. I'm a month out from surgery and still using it daily.

During the Covid disaster, I discovered the drug Xylitol which is used to break up mucous in your nose. It usually comes in a spray bottle. I have always used saline rinse anyway to keep a frontal sinus, which I had surgery to keep it open, from plugging and causing a URI. Now that the saline rinse contains Xylitol, it treats two problems with one flush. Perfect for those who need to rinse your sinuses.

I've been using the regular Neilmed sinus rinse packets for many years as needed. But, they always leave a mild burning sensation that causes my nasal passages to produce mucous leading to a runny nose directly after rinsing. I got some of this version with xylitol and wish I had discovered it sooner. No more burning! The powder takes a little longer to dissolve in the sqeeze bottle but other than that it's great. I do wish one day NeilMed changes the shape of their salt packets to be long/thin like every other drink powder packet on the market. The rectangular ones they currently use dont fit the bottle opening so I almost always drop some salt on the my hand or counter top.

It's unbelievable that this product wasn't recommended to me by a single doctor or specialist. After only one day of use, I can already feel some improvement in my inflammation and sinus headaches, which have been dogging me for over a year. I've never done nasal irrigation before, so I was worried about that "drowning" feeling. Turns out, I was worried over nothing. Can't wait to see how I feel after a few weeks!

I believe this really helped me avoid getting sick after my son came to visit for the weekend. He had the flu! I felt like I was coming down with it too, then started the regime! One thing I don't like is the packets are too big, making it awkward pouring into the bottle. They could be half the size and work easier.

I hate the sweet taste, but it works For nearly 10 years I struggled with sinus infections and Sinus surgeries Last surgery they had me using this No more infections (Been a year) I use the regular one most days, but if I even think I am getting sinus pressure or sniffles I use this and *poof* gone! No more! I love this stuff (other than the sweet taste, which is the chemical so no getting rid of that)

I have constant sinus congestion issues. Probably a year-round allergy. I also have sleep apnea which requires me to use a CPAP machine. Flushing my sinuses nightly makes the CPAP machine much more effective as I can actually breathe through my nose.

Pretty good . I’m currently awaiting on an operation so this is , for me, not a cure fir anything , but it does definitely help as an aid with debris removal. I’d used the regular version for a few months, on a pharmacists advice, but I do like the addition of xylitol in this one . I’ve had no issues with the taste, noticeable but it’s entirely negligible . Would recommend.

Honestly this stuff is worth every penny. I’ve had blocked sinuses for so long. It’s really really helping. It’s very easy to use.

Wifey says this product really does help her sinus pain. And that folks is a very good thing she doesn’t sneeze at night in my ear anymore.

This stuff is just magic!! Cured an addiction to Sudafed in just a couple of uses ! Really incredible stuff!
