Freddi Fish 2: Case of the Haunted Schoolhouse

As expected

I guess if I had to pick a least favorite Freddi Fish game, it would probably be this one. I mean don't get me wrong, it's not terrible, I was curious about what I would have to do, but without a dark creepy final stage like the Sunken ship in the first game, or the Aztec ruins in the third game, it is not much fun.

my 6-year-old loves this title, although I'd put it a little behind "putt-putt saves the zoo" (our favorite so far), as a) it has a '15'-type puzzle in it, which can be quite difficult for a 6 year old b) one of the quests is "wander all over the map until you finally find everything", which can get annoying when you're one piece short c) it's a little easier to get lost sorry to focus on the negatives, as overall it's great - an interesting story, nice graphics, several positive messages for kids, lots of nice extra details (check out the _many_ movies in the movie theater!), etc.

This was the first Freddie I ever bought and it is a great start if you are considering buying all 5. The game is challenging & fun & has many hidden surprises throughout, as are ALL the Freddie games. The package says ages 3 to 7, but EVERYONE will enjoy it.

Still works to this day, No scratches and the case was in great shape minus a small scratch on the back cover.

This is a great game for the children to play and use memory skills and logic skills. It is challenging at least for the first time or two and after that, they at least older children remember all the hiding places and shortcuts. I recomment it highly.

I love it because the grandkids love it.

Freddi Fish is a fish that swims around the ocean with a friend and tries to solve some mystery. In this case the school house is haunted and Freddi and Luther need to find out why and who is doing it. In order to solve mysteries the fish must find shells, trade them for other items, build creative contraptions, talk to a lot of people, and look for clues and collect items. These games encourage problem solving. I would say that the ages of children who might enjoy this game would range from a sophisticated 5 year old to about age 7. The only negative I can think of about these games is that once you have solved the mystery, the answer doesn't change so you can replay it with a different answer. Enjoy.
