Richly features oscilloscope with a plethora of features.
The build quality and overall look and feel are great. Large touch screen and so many capabilities you have to pore over the user manual to discover. Inbuilt help and self-calibration are brilliant, as are the connectivity options, including LAN and USB; WiFi would have been nice, but not essential.Upgrading licences for add-on features are expensive but there are ways to enhance the device for tech-savvy users :).

Well made and works as intended.
Well made and works as intended. Quality product, I just wish it would have a faster CPU so the info on the screen would refresh a bit faster. Otherwise, it's very good, especially for the price. At work, I use 300k scopes for optical and electrical high-speed design debugging and analysis, this isn't going to address these needs, but for home hobbyists or low-speed to medium design and debugging, this will do very well depending on what license upgrade you get as this scope can be upgraded via a license key. As your needs grow, this scope can keep up to 400MHz. After that, you need to jump into the next class of scopes.

Missing 12 leads and 12 grabbers
The product photo shows 32 leads. Rigol's manual for this shows that there are 32 of each. I got 20 of each, and the packing slip shows 20 of each. 16 are grounds, so probably not a show-stopper, but these are pretty flimsy, and it's good to have a full complement so that some spares are available. RIGOL suggests using a ground lead twisted for each signal lead where noise is a concern (so that requires 32 leads and 32 grabbers). It comes with 16 lead labels 0-31. and 16 labeled ground (that's 32 label pairs) for 32 leads. Somebody screwed this up.Also, Rigol designed the plastic housing at the scope end of the ribbon cable, so that it tapers away from the scope. It requires more than a little force to plug it and unplug it. Plugging it isn't a challenge, but maintaining your grip on a shiny plastic tapered plug is not so easy while attempting to unplug this from the scope. The little bit of ribbing that it has looks like it should help. It doesn't help. They should've fluted it, and not tapered it. The rest of the instrument's (scope and logic analyzer) implementation reflect a similar pattern of not working things all the way through (though the UI on the scope is not bad, just buggy). So does the fact that the packing list (accurately) lists 20 leads and grabbers, and all of the other materials show 32.I found another logic analyzer for the same price with 32 channels, and really wonderful software called DSView. I bought it, and much prefer it (and it's tiny, comes with a nice case).I've asked RIGOL, and the seller about getting the missing pieces but have been ignored for three days now. They finally sent a FULL set of new ones, which is great.

Works great, many features.
The scope worked very well including the network accessible features. Build quality of case and button tactile feedback was excellent. It was fast and responsive. The only complaint so far is that the uart decoder would sometimes would glitch showing the decoded values when scrolling the time offset. It would return to proper values as the scroll continued.
