First one I received was damaged (due to poor packaging rather than item quality), Amazon were great at replacing, unlike the courier who refused to take the old one away as it was too big for his tiny (empty) LWB Sprinter. The interior space is great and seems well built. I don't take this onto building sites but it does get dragged/pushed from the car into Hospitals where I work. Wheels could be better in terms of how noisy they are but they've lasted really well and I believe you can replace them if needed. Overall I'm impressed with it, but I do think if you need to have this on building sites or outdoors often then maybe get the Tough System or even the Milwaukee packout if you're feeling flush

Good value for this trolley. Despite the fact that it had a crack on the top handle when I received the product, Amazon replaced it within 2 days.
