KitchenAid 71011 3-Ply Base Brushed Stainless Steel Casserole Dish/Pan with Lid, 4 Quart

This. Is. My. Favorite. Pot. Works on the stove for making sauces or boiling water for tortellini, has a high quality lid for letting foods rest after cooking, heats evenly on my induction stove. But the reason it is my favorite is because it looks so nice on the table as a serving dish too. The handles don't get overly hot, even when moving direct from stove to table (a trivet or something underneath is needed though.) There is another version with silicon treated handles, but it doesn't look as good for use on the table. This piece is just splendid for boiling and draining ravioli, adding sauce, and bringing straight to the table!

Love this pot! Perfect for soups, chilis and so much more. The size is perfect, it heats up quickly and is super easy to clean.

This is a really good stainless steel pot/pan. I love that it is very wide and it can be used as both pot or pan. The only issue is it is ha to clean and even after a good scrub it has stains on it.

Just the perfect size and weight for my "aging in place" kitchen. I gave my heavy porcelain Dutch oven to my granddaughter and enjoy the even cooking and easy clean up with this much lighter pan.

This is the best all purpose pot to own. The bottom stays flat and does not warp. It is not non-stick but cleans very easily when things get stuck on, by just putting it back on the hot burner with about 1/2 cup of water and scraping it with the spatula again. It cooks extremely well. Good heat distribution. You do need to use oil or butter, but a little seems to go a long way. I put it in the dishwasher regularly. If you only had to own one pot, this would be the one. Good for cooking practically anything. You need a mitt to handle the handles but you can put this in the oven with no problem. BEST pan I have ever owned and at 60+, I have owned a lot. Beats out anodized, cast iron, non-stick of all kinds. Easy to care for and very handy. LOVE IT.

Love this! It's the perfect in between size. I mostly use it for pasta sauces and soups for two, or dishes that are just a little too large for a pan. We have an induction cooktop and this pot is compatible with induction. Oven safe as well. Wish I'd had this particular pot a long time ago. Best add to the kitchen in a long time.

The pot itself is beautiful, well designed but it got stained in the inside and outside with no reason, it got some dark stains, I used it very carefully and at the first week it got awfully stained, I used it in a medium temperature not that high or overheated to get that dark yellow stain, its not oil, thats a stain, thats a shame because Kitchenaid its really a nice brand with great quality but this product I dont know why got this stains. It seems like it has a heat distribution issue because when I put it on the stove it gets darked on that stained side and it starts to smoking, I have cheaper brands and they are intact but this one seems like very worn out and its a brand new one. I like it and i would have given a 5 but the stain is dissapointing. The pot is beatiful, do the job and the lid is great, the lid quility is a 5, the lid is sturdy.

Love the shape, cooks evenly and is simply versatile for all types of cooking including Indian sabjis(veg dishes) and chicken and meat. Love it
