Zesty!
Very sharp! It takes some practice to learn the technique if you haven't ever been trained to use this.I'm just a home chef and I love citrus zest in recipes. I have used a box grater and hand planer before ordering this, so I was accustomed to applying more pressure. I learned pretty quickly that doesn't work if I want to keep my epidermis intact with this! Light strokes give perfect results. All zest and no pith. I'm very happy with it now.

Great little kitchen tool
Works well, received on time and as described in perfect condition. Wife wanted this for a long time but I did not know that. She was excited to see it. I use it to rasp orange peel for my preserved figs.
