I am wondering if this plant can be grown indoors as a houseplant? Thank you for any information you can provide!

I imagine it can, most plants can. It is supposed to be variegated and many variegates respond best with actual sunlight hitting their leaves. Ginkoes tend to stay small when left in their container

Is it normal for the leaves to be green on a new plant. The seller is saying yes.

That's what he told me too. They Never turned variegated. I've bought lots of variegated ginkgoes from other nurseies. They always sent variegated plants.

How tall/big can i expect this to come?

Two months ago I received a healthy 6" tree. It is now more than 18" tall. Its beautiful!
