Transparent Polycarbonate Chair Mat for Hard Floors (116 cm x 300 cm) Floor Protection Mat, Non-Slip Shatterproof Floor Mat

At first I thought it wasn't going to arrive today but it did via parcel force. After inspecting the packaging which was a massive box standing almost worryingly taller then my girlfriend it was clear why it takes about a week to deliver. My chair mat came all the way from a warehouse or store in Germany. the Seller has bases in both Germany and the UK so dont be worried if you delivery takes over a week.The box it arrives in is very light but quite big. Upon opening the box it was automatically clear why they used such a big box. The Chair Mat arrives well packed and the contents inside pulls out with very little effort.After closer inspection the Chair Mat seems very well made, its very well cut to size and I will admit I was a little irked as it was blue but I Immediately pulled up some reviews on Amazon and found out that it was indeed a protective sticky layer that was blue and not the mats actual colour! (thank you to the other reviewers otherwise I would have missed this!)The mat is made of strong polycarbonate (a flexible thermoplastic) which looks and feels able to withstand years of wear and tear.I originally had a cheap carpet under my seat but that kept curling and the small bumps were starting to get annoying not mention the headache when it came to cleaning.The chair matt I purchased slips right under my good old Ikea Jerker desk without the need for me to get a strong pair of scissors out and cut it into shape. I measured the space underneath my desk before making my purchase to make sure I ordered the right size. Always make sure you double check the sizes before you make your order!I don't think there is really anything else to say about this product. It doesn't smell and it doesn't need feeding like the other mouths in this household!I would have liked if it was a little cheaper though but we cant always have things at the price we want!

Having laid a relatively expensive engineered flooring in my basement office, I notced how worn the floor was getting after around a year of use, so wanted to do something about it. Rugs aren't great for chairs with wheels, so I looked om Amazon and came acroos these mats. These looked ideal, so I order one for my admin desk, one for my work desk where I do tech testing. The mats arrived quickly in a large box, as they are stiff and can't be rolled into very tight tubes. They have a blue protector on the floor side of the mat which should be removed..unless you like blue of course! Being hard and stiff, they lay flat easily and I'm very happy with the way they stay put and have a textured surface, so my chair rolls on them perfectly. I just wish I'd bought these when I'd first put the floor down. Being about 1.5mm thick, they look like they will last well. Anyone with a wooden floor in their office that they care about, these are the ideal soltion. Would highly recommend them!

Delivered quickly and came rolled up in a large box, seems to be hardwearing and will hopefully protect my new laminate floor...doing a good job so far.Other buyers refer to a blue protective film but mine didn't come with that and there was some light scratch marks on the mat but its going to get them anyway with a chair on castors rolling across it so this didn't really concern me as you cant see them when the mats on the floor.Loosing one star though as the mat did come with some light scratch marks

Sturdy, looks and feels a quality product. Chair rolls smoothly over the surface, it protects the wood flooring very well. I ordered a second one. It’s slightly pricier than other products intended for hard floors but it’s way better, in my view. Worth it.

I purchased this after I had all my carpets replaced recently with hard flooring. The carpet in my dining room where my PC is located had been badly "rippled" by the constant movement of the castors on my chair. This mat arrived flat packed and is smooth on one side and has a non-slip upper surface. I do not think it would work as well on a carpeted surface as it does on a hard one. It is transparent allowing the wood to show through and appears to be very hard wearing. The chair moves much more smoothly, and so far has not damaged the flooring underneath. I ordered the 75x120cm which is large enough for my needs and fits perfectly under my computer table. The castors do occasionally slip off the edge of the mat but it is not a problem for me. Overall I am very happy with this item.

Initially, I was pleased with this product, but it did not last. The areas where my chair wheels sit are all becoming seriously cracked after about 6 months, and the sharp edges ended up damaging the carpet that I was trying to protect. The floor protector isn't in direct sunlight, and my chair has standard wheels. I can't think of any reasonable reason why it failed so fast, so I suspect it just wasn't designed for the long haul.

Installed on solid oak floor. no curl. sits well. feels solid. does not slip under normal use. rough edging on chair side of mat provides tactile feedback when rolling. Get a big one-you will fall off the edge otherwise which may be annoying. I found the 120 x 134 ok for me with plenty of room to roll around on. I have nothing bad to say about this mat. Very pleased.

Just what I needed, and the perfect size to fit the space in front of my desk (they have other options).A bit of a surprise when it comes out of the box blue, until you see the instructions on the delivery note to remove the protective film - then it is clear (might make sense to put a sheet of paper in the instructions to remove the film and which way up to use it - in case people don't read the packing slip).Very satisfied.

Ich habe mir die Matte in 2x3m bestellt da ich immer zwischen 2 Computern und dem Drucker etc. hin und hergleite :).Mein Laminat wird es mir danken.Die Bodenschutzmatte wurde aufgerollt geliefert und lässt sich gut auf den Boden abrollen. Liegt gut auf dem Boden auf und ist nicht Wellig. Macht einen guten stabilen Eindruck und ist Geruchsneutral.Von Transparent würde ich hier nicht sprechen aber das liegt im Auge des Betrachters. Milchig würde ich es nennen.Alles in allem bin ich sehr zufrieden mit dem Produkt.

Es ist bereits die dritte Bodenschutzmatte aus dieser Serie die ich neulich erwarb, jeweils unterschiedliche Größen. Sie wird in einem passenden Karton in zusammengerolltem Zustand geliefert und entrollt sich sobald sie ausgepackt wird. Sie liegt sogleich sauber plan auf dem Boden auf, ohne dass die Ränder hochstehen. Die Oberfläche fühlt sich ganz leicht geriffelt an, was dazu führt dass es der Schutzmatte einen sehr edlen, matt-durchscheinenden Effekt verleiht und so auch durch den Gebrauch eventuell dazukommende Kratzer sicher nicht auffallen werden. Es ist ein sehr schönes Produkt, das auch nach längerem Gebrauch (die älteste Matte ist nun seit ca. fünf Jahren unter einem meiner Schreibtische, täglicher Einsatz) noch so ausschaut wie neu. Absolute Kaufempfehlung.

Besonders gut fand ich die verfügbaren großen! Abmessungen. Habe 200 x 190 cm bestellt, dafür dann aber auch ~ 105,00 EUR bezahlt. ... mir war es diesen Betrag wert.

Sehr fest und stabil. Wellt sich an den Ecken nicht hoch. Liegt wirklich flach auf dem Boden, obwohl sie gerollt geliefert wurde. Perfekt....würde ich jederzeit wieder kaufen! Ich bin begeistert. Für diese Quallität ist der Preis vollkommen ok. kann ich nur weiter empfehlen!
