If spring gets detached, then is item replacable?

You can join it again. Mine detached too, but it can be fixed again.

It says metal but it is made of plastic. Even harder. Is capo like this good for guitar?

Its one of the best value for money and durable one out there. I have bough it the second time after losing the first.
