**Q: Do these work for heel spurs?**
A: I don't know what a heel spurs is.
I brought this one because it did everything I needed.

**Q: I am size 10. Do I need to order half a size smaller to fit in shoe?**
A: If you're shoe size is a 10 you will need a size 10 in these insoles.

**Q: Are these for overpronation?**
A: I think so

**Q: Size 3 to 4 what size should I order**
A: The insoles are very good, well worth it.  If you go bigger size they are easy to trim if you use existing insole as template. If smaller, as long as you have the heel and arch support it doesn’t matter I’d the toe part is a bit short.  Personally - I’d go size 4 and trim!
