GiGi Deluxe Double Hair Removal Wax Warmer, 14 oz

Love the look of it, takes a bit to warm up

I've been using GiGi wax warmers for almost 20 years as a professional esthetician and waxing specialist. I have used only two warmers in all of that time because they have lasted and worked well. One finally stopped working, so I ordered this latest version (which I don't find visually pleasing at all, but function is number one). I was so disappointed to receive the wax warmer with one very loose knob and wax residue in one of the pots and on the outside of the warmer. It was clearly a used item. I'm definitely reluctant to order another and am looking elsewhere.

I'm just so happy with my purchase. I've had this a few weeks and I've already used it several times. I use hard and soft wax so it's really nice to not have to switch back and forth, and wait for the wax to head up in between uses, like you have to do with the single warmers. Each of the sides have their own on and off switches and heat dials, and I haven't had any issues with them so far. The design is really nice compared to all of the other double wax warmers that I've looked up. I'm just really happy with my purchase, if you're on the fence about spending a little bit more for something that actually works, don't be! Just buy it. I made the mistake of going cheap originally and had to return a different warmer that I bought when I could have just got this one initially. I would definitely buy this product again and I've already recommended it friends. This is coming from someone who has been waxing for years and I've gone through many different warmers from all different brands. This is very good quality. I can't speak for those people who have had one of the sides stop working but I'll update this if that does happen.

This wax warmer works wonderfully! I love the design and the see through amber colored top. You can choose to only turn on one side and the dial helps you find the right temp for the wax you are using. Not too heavy or difficult to clean. I did also buy the paper circles to go around the tins to keep the warmer cleaner. Overall, I would recommend this dual wax warmer.

We already have the gigi single wax warmer that works brilliantly so this was to expand our kit. We also only use gigi wax. One thing we noticed immediately is that where the single wax warmer could be switched on and left on the low setting, if you try and do the same with the double warmer, the wax won't heat up properly. So you have to start it between medium and high and once the wax has melted enough, turn it down to medium. Not sure why as if you touch the empty warmer on a low setting it does feel hot. Would have expected it to work with the same "low" settings as the single warmer. Hey how, still, it does the job well.
