The product came as I expected. My main reason for choosing it is its aesthetic design. I love the sleek design of the "spray". The following is not a criticism but more of a "wish" and I would have been willing to pay a steeper price for it. Note that I am a stickler for aesthetic presentation.- Make the spray true steel (not plastic) and comes with brass, stainless steel or combination to match one's set of faucets instead of "an obvious" add on. No matter how you look at it "plastic" means cheap!- An option for a "wall mount" instead of it hanging on the water tank. It simply does not hang pretty and this spoiled its aesthetic design. It is also awkward to pick up and put it back.- An option for the length of the water cord. The cord was too long and can not be coiled, contributing to the mess. Even if it is coiled it does not look good aesthetically.

The shower head leaks.When I opened and inspected the package I noticed that the shower head had some scratches on it. I thought they might had sent me a product somebody else returned and hoped they had tested and fixed it before re-sending to another customer. So I decided to install it anyways. I took me about an hour to install, checked for leaks, every thing looked good and when I installed the shower head and opened the water I noticed that the shower head had a massive leak, even after turning the water off and relieving the pressure it kept leaking. It is obvious to me know that these people sent me a defective product that somebody else had returned, this illustrates a lack of quality control from this company.

Excellent product. Was replacing a bidet hose system whose on/off switch kept sticking. It was plastic. This product fixes this issue for me. And, I didn't actually have to do a full install. I just swapped out the hose & spray handle, not the T-connector. Easy peasy. My only real complaint, if you can call it that, is the hose, for me, is too long. I'm not using it for anything other than a bidet, so for me, a shorter one would've been better. Not the end of the world.

This is great! The water comes out fast hence makes the job easy. But at the same time you have to make sure you use just the rite speed to avoid getting water splashed back. It takes some effort to install. But I think once you need have one of these, no matter what brand, it is going to take the same effort. So nothing to take off.. I tried another brand before this. But you get what you paid for. I'm glad I found this and This is a Spray Blue

It's exactly as described. One weird thing I noticed was that if I turn the T-valve all the way to fully open it, it actually seems to close the valve. I learned that if I turn the valve 1/2 way, that's the strongest pressure. But otherwise, I love it. I love that it has 2 settings and the lever on the sprayer is nice and compact, unlike many other models on the market.

Elegant and just right, is how I would sum this up. The addition of the plumbers tape is a big plus, as it's a must for a seal proof closure in my opinion. Overall , no complaints. I would shut off the T Valve or even in main valve when not in use, to increase its longevity.

It seems unreasonable that the hose would crack and start leaking after only a couple of years. Trying to find replacement hose.

I have been using this product for a year now. Excellent quality and is very helpful to those who are not used to the toilet papers. Easy to install!. Everything you need is included in the kit! Just unpack and install it in minutes!. Thank you for this product! Made my life much easier!
