I gave this item four stars, considering the extreme value that it offered versus purchasing the Brand toner refill. I’ve had some intermittent streaky printing, Which is why I deducted one star. This would probably be more bothersome if I were using this printer for business. However, this is primarily for home use, with very limited business use, so a couple of imperfect prints doesn’t rock my world. All in all, it’s an amazing price for what it is and performs fairly well

I consider 4* very good, and if it continues to print well I would change it to a five. I have had for just a few weeks.I ordered the two-fer via Amazon from ChinGer.Replacing toner cartridge in Brother HL-L2350DW with ChinGer cartridge revealed that there were slight differences in instructions.Brother says remove protective cover. ChinGer says to pull seal out of cartridge. I did former only, since no “seal” was found.ChinGer says to “shake cartridge from side-to-side, with arrows indicating front to back. I shook all directions.Brother does not mention shaking at all, but after insertion says to “Clean the corona wire inside the drum unit by gently sliding the green tab from left to right and right to left several times.” I did that also, as well as returning the green tab all the way to the left so that it lined up with the arrow on the drum unit.So far, so good. The few pages I have printed have been without flaws.

This was my second time purchasing this ink and it was pretty good at first. However, the second pack I purchased, one had ink and registered in the printer, but the other did not. It said "no toner". I am very disappointed because this happened to a brand toner I purchased prior to getting this one and I trusted that this toner would not do the same.

SO FAR it was an easy replacement on my DCP-2550DW and the print on the first pages off looks like the last pages on the old name brand drum. Hoping it holds up, but there wasn't really any feedback for me to go off. I pulled the drum with the machine on and it went right back to printing. No need for resetting the drum counter and it doesn't trigger the low toner alert anymore. We'll see what kind of life I get out of it, and I doubt I'll remember to update this unless something goes catastrophically wrong.

Upon opening the package for install, I didn't find the clear plastic strip that one would usually need to pull from the cartridge. When looking for that strip, I accidentally opened the end cap and almost spill the ink toner dusts.Fortunately I was able to install it without spill (just a tiny portion on me) or further incident. Quality is as good as the original and price is excellent. No complaint otherwise.

Not a bad quality but it can be better! Didn’t print even close to 2000 papers!

Wasn't sure what to expect as there were many generic toner replacements. Took a chance on this one since it offered great value for 2 packs. Pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to install, clear instructions, and no problems with compatibility. Good print quality. The black doesn't seem quite as black/dark as the original but very negligible difference. Overall, I would buy this again.

I don’t use printer at home a lot. However the ink run out quickly.
