Amazing Pregnancy Book; Beautiful; Well Organized; Informative; Very Special to me
This Journal has been Amazing, I love everything about it! It is going to be an amazing keepsake once i finish my pregnancy. This is my first Pregnancy so I was very excited to get this. It is very informative, well organized and very cute. It has moving beautiful quotes, a section for each stage of pregnancy as well as Labor and Delivery. It gives you places to write about yourself, your heritage, family tree, your family and etc as well as a part to fill in for your spouse too. It also has a place where you document each week of your pregnancy and every so often tells a little about a certain weeks say 12 weeks 28 weeks 36 weeks. You can document some appointments for each trimester, and it has so much more. I only have one month left of my pregnancy and I cannot wait! This book has helped me document this amazing journey and I plan on keeping this journal forever so my daughter can read it and keep it when she is older.

Great book for moms
This book is so adorable. I love the gender neutral colors and the content. It not only contains areas for you to write out your experience with pregnancy and posting photos but also includes helpful tips and advice for mothers and first-time expectant mothers such as how to prepare for conception, what to expect at your prenatal appointments, symptoms you could experience, etc. so it’s a useful tool as well as a memory book although I do wish the tips/advice and memory sections could have been better separated. It’s more geared towards the mother’s experience over a book for your baby in the future but that doesn’t make it less useful. I also like that it has a family tree in the beginning. However, it is definitely geared more toward planned babies and people in relationships, so while it would still work for single moms and/or unplanned pregnancies, it’s most appropriate for planned pregnancies within a marriage or relationship. I got this for my sister-in-law who became unexpectedly pregnant so the first portion of the book was irrelevant to her experience because of that. I may have chosen a different book for her if I had known that beforehand, but this book is still great.

Such a precious pregnancy journal !
This pregnancy journal is precious ! It is perfect ! It has all kinds of neat ideas to write down about as the pregnancy continues and baby grows & develops. The pictures are just so sweet and cute. This is so cool to journal our first great grand baby’s beginning of life ! I wish I would have had one for all my pregnancies. They weren’t available in those days. What a brilliant idea ! Simple ! Why didn’t I think about making these available years ago ! It’s a perfect gift ! And needs to be given to the lucky mommy to be early on in the beginning of her pregnancy ! It’s not for a baby shower gift because it needs to be given asap to the mother so she can journal her whole pregnancy. It’s great to look back on and compare for the time there is second, third, . . . baby on the way.

Still my favorite journal by far!
Update: I recently found out we are expecting a second child, so I pulled out this book to show my daughter how my belly is going to get bigger and I just wanted to reiterate how glad I am that I bought this book! I enjoyed re-reading the "what I look forward to" questions and "advice for my future self" reflections. I forgot about some of the nicknames we used for her when I was pregnant and reading about all my checkups was a nice reminder of what I can expect this time around. I love that it includes space for your partner to reflect on how they're feeling. I remember my husband complaining when I made him fill out some of the stuff but it's so sweet to read what he wrote. I also like how within each trimester divider there are a few lines where you can reflect on each week and each trimester section has 4-7 spots for your growing bump picture. The space for writing includes space to record your weight and bump circumference and is enough where I was able to jot something down every week but not so much space that it was wasted The spots for pictures were perfect because under them I was able to write what week it was (I missed a few weeks which is fine because there isn't room for 40 weeks of growing bump pictures). There are checklists of symptoms and areas to write your cravings and food aversions. There are also little facts about how big the baby is are various stages, information on different tests, medical terms, and common symptoms as well as a few inspirational quotes. The pocket dividers are deep and I found my invitation to the shower, extra ultrasound pictures, and the log of her feedings and diaper changes stored in there. I just ordered another book to fill out during this next pregnancy so I can see how they differ and give them to my children when they are older as a keepsake. So excited!!!!Original Review: I looked at so many pregnancy journals both in-store and by trial and error from purchasing online before I took a leap of faith and ordered this one. I love how it's divided and I love that there are questions to prompt you to write your thoughts without the cheesy fill ins. There are a few places for pictures without it being too much like a scrap book. I love the section for a family tree and the page for possible baby names (there's space for the origin and meaning). I would definitely recommend this journal to all moms who want to document their pregnancy!!

Not your average pregnancy journal
Cons: I was a little surprised by the terms they used but this is 2023 and times are changing. They mostly refer to the parents as ‘partners’ but there is inconsistency throughout the book where it will states maternal or paternal, then mother or father. If they wanted to be inclusive then they should’ve just left the prompts blank so people could fill in their own terms.I don’t think my kid needs to read about pre-conception tasks.Pros: I love the fonts and the book is very colorful and built nicely with cute section dividers. They include some pages beyond the regular journals, like checklists, budgeting, tips, meal planner, etc.Overall: I plan on putting pictures over sections I don’t want and I’ll have to put stickers over the weird partner terms, but other then that, this is a very cute book.
