Did not install, the mirror is bigger than the housing. Good packaging, 3m sticky pads to go with it. Nice piece of glass, but not for my vehicle, even though Amazon says it fits.

Exact fit
Super hard to install. I didn’t watch any videos or anything. I was disappointed with installing while the mirror is still on the vehicle. Luckily I had some 3M strips to help fit the mirror and the rubber gasket

Good Value for item.
This fit my 1988 Chevrolet C3500 Pickup. The gentlemen at the part stores could not seem to figure out that tow mirrors before 1999 weren't plastic. So I was very excited to see this item available on amazon at about half the cost of the special order mirror at AdvancedAuto or Oreillys. This seels in with a Rubber grommet; however my mirror frame was bent a little so I used a little RTV on the grommet to secure it in.

Exact fit for my Ford
Adhesive pads were not applicable. Mirror fit into existing gasket which had to be glued into mirror housing using contact cement.
