Not proper Aniseed balls, like one would expect.
i buy aniseed balls a lot, i like them. I like them as a kid and i like them as an adult..These are weak sauce faker baker aniseed balls. they are not solid through and through, instead they are soft in the middle and dissolve very quickly once the outer coating is breached.And there is no aniseed in the middle like the best ones.I am guessing these are cheap imports from China and passed off as the real deal, but i can't be sure. Needless to say i will not be buying these from the seller again. I get back to the other side often enough that i shall just pick up a few pounds in the local store and save the hassle..

Loved them since childhood
I was raised on aniseed balls as one of my 'sweets' (candies) of preference. I still love them 60+ years later! If you like the taste of anise you will like them also, however don't try checking them with your teeth they are like miniature gob stoppers!
