Boyfriend slept well, me...eh...
We bought this to use in the back of a BMW x5. It fit well in the back, easy to inflate (we blew it up manually not using the provided bag).Comfort was lacking for me. I'm about 150lbs and a woman with hips who is a side sleeper. I felt like I could feel the 'ground' each time I moved and found sleeping on my back or stomach to be more comfortable to evenly distribute my weight. My boyfriend however slept very well and praised it. Maybe I just like squishier beds! Next time we are going to put a thick blanket or camping pads under to see if that helps with my comfort. It was better than sleeping on a full air mattress or without anything. And you can blow up each side with different firmness too.So yes, worth the money and better than nothing, but just not as great for me. We’ll keep using it of course with additional support.

disappointed in the pad, but a great company!
UPDATE 2/16/21: updated to 4 stars because of the company’s customer service alone! Since my original review, Suited Nomad has worked with me to give me a full refund for this sleeping pad and more. Customer service is everything and I couldn’t be happier with how this company handled my issue. They are aware of the issues with the defective sleeping pad and are working to resolve it. They are a family owned company that absolutely deserves our support and business, because they clearly care for their customers! Thank you so much!~~~I don’t understand! We used this for one weekend - two nights - and absolutely loved it. Packed it back up, tried using it again one month later and it is no longer holding air on either side?! Of course just after the 30 day return window too.... I can’t identify a hole but also there are only 2 valves so pretty slim chance of user error. Very confused and disappointed!

Super compact, not great for rocky terrain
Update: After about a year of use, it no longer holds air. It worked great in February, then sat in our garage until Labor Day weekend—and it would not hold air on either side. I tried again this last weekend to be sure I hadn’t been doing something wrong in the dark, but it seems to have run it’s course. I could not find a hole either. Not sure what happened! Reached out to Nomad and their customer service is great! I was dumb and it took me forever to figure out how to inflate this, but it is easy when you figure it out! We took this camping in the Rocky Mountains, and my hubby and I did not feel like it was enough padding for the Rocky ground, however I feel like it would be fine in somewhere flat like a car, or a softer ground.

I like that it has a little cut out that makes it fit better in the car
I love car camping and would choose it over a tent or other camping any day of the week. I used to have a rectangular mat that I use to sleep in my car and it certainly did the job but it’s more comfortable to have the whole trunk be lined as I currently do find myself rolling off of the sleeping pad in the night. Even if you didn’t want to use it in a SUV, you could still lie it flat anywhere a square one could; so you are basically getting the same thing with an added feature. Other than not wanting to exhaust myself airing them up, I worry about the condensation build-up on the insides of the pads. The added pump sack has resolved both issues.

Pad stays inflated, multifunctional and comfortable
The media could not be loaded. This is amazing for camping with two people. We used to use air mattresses, but they never stayed inflated throughout the night. Plus, if I shared a mattress with my wife, I would sink to the ground and my wife would float, which was fine for her, but uncomfortable for me. This one stayed inflated on a two-night camping trip in low temperatures without having to add any air. The pumping bag/sack that comes with is a god send. No more huffing and puffing at the end of the day setting up your sleep system. No moisture from my breath entered the pad, eliminating fungus formation in the future. Recently we got into car/suv camping as well and it’s perfectly fitting our Mazda CX-5

Great product
Light weight and easy to inflate. I was surprised at how easy this was to set up. Seems very durable for the price. I purchased the double, but it only took about 6 full bag pumps to pump up one side. I have a Ford Focus hatchback with its back seats folded down flat. The mattress is more suitable for an suv vehicle but it will still work for a quick camping trip and I can also use the mattress inside a tent. I fabric feels very durable and softer than standard inflatable mattresses.

Great car camping mat
This isn't a bulky sleeping mat at all. I bought this to go in the back of my suv for long road trips and camping out of the van. It fits perfectly in the back and it's awesome! I've used it a few times and it's super easy to inflate but I also use an electric airpump and since it's thin it takes only about a minute to inflate. Deflation is just as easy. Highly recommended if you need a light weight super comfortable car mat.

Overall really good
I love it but wish it was wider at the top to extend all the way to the doors.
