Cures rock solid! Great product
I did my exterior walls I my basement with this prior to finishing the rooms. I followed the directions except I used phosphoric acid to etch the walls instead of sulfuric acid or the dry lok brand etch. Used a garden sprayer to apply acid per phosphoric prep and etch directions and then rinsed with fresh water with a garden sprayer. Let dry for a day or two then painted 2 thick coats. Get the biggest nap roller you can find and slop it all over. Then take a cheap brush and fill in any pinholes after the paint flashes for about 30 mins. When all the pin holes are filled after several hours I applied another thick coat. After about two days this paint hardened up like concrete. I feel confident it will last a long time and provide a good level of water proofing and vapor barrier on my exterior sub level foundation blocks.

Don’t waste your money
I purchased this in February, today I finally decided to tackle my project, opened the can and saw this! I can barely get the stir stick in there. It’s chunky and separated. Nothing I can do with this. I’m hoping to get a replacement or my money back even though it’s outside of return time. I’ve never had this happen and I hope the seller makes this right.

excellent stuff
I use this on an old shower at my camp. It waterproofs the entire shower stall, provides a skid free surface. Seems to inhibit mold and mildew. I give it a fresh coat about once a year and that's it. Great stuff.

Good stuff...
we had mixed our own concoction before but this was easier and worked very well in our basement. wall are no longer 'weeping'.

seals cinder block and brick very well
I used this to seal the cinder block piers on my roof. Paint just didnt keep out the water and cracks had formed from it freezing inside them. I also used this product to seal the cracks in my brick chimney because water would get in on heavy rains and its been good for years now.

Better to Purchase in a Store
When I opened up the can, the contents had separated so much that I couldn’t even get a stick into it to mix it. I returned it and purchased it in a store with a paint mixer.
