I recently added the EMEET Conference Speaker and Microphone Luna 360° to my home office setup, and it has been a fantastic addition. This speaker is impressively small and compact, making it perfect for any workspace without taking up much room. Despite its size, the speaker delivers incredibly clear audio quality. Whether I'm on a conference call or listening to a presentation, the sound is always crisp and easy to understand. The 360° microphone ensures that everyone on the call can hear me clearly, no matter where I'm sitting. Given the nature of my job, I take a lot of conference calls and occasionally work remotely. This speaker has significantly improved my remote working experience, providing reliable, high-quality sound and seamless communication. I've been looking for a speakerphone that actually WORKS as a phone, ya know, when I talk, people hear me, when others talk, I hear them, and they don't sound garbled, if there's more than two of us, we can maintain a bit of social distance and actually still be heard. I wanted a device that didn't care if I was using a mobile phone, or Zoom, or WebEx, or Meet, or Teams, or GoToMeeting, or whatever new ring of hell masquerading as a "productivity tool" someone foists on me next week. Enter Luna. Bought two of these and the daisychain cable and voila! two speakerphones that connect seamlessly to whatever I need. While I wasn't too sure about the included bluetooth dongle, I gotta say, it's pure magic. Plug it in and it connects, no Windows fiddling, or Mac silliness, heck, it even worked on the Linux systems. Sound quality is way better than I expected at the price point, I actually think the microphones are better than the much more expensive Jabra 510 I have. The noise cancellation is solid, not incredible, but definitely helps even in environments with higher background noise, like working from coffeeshop... My only sorta negative is the volume isn't a loud as I would like, but, nobody else seems to mind, so, perhaps I need to schedule that hearing test I've been putting off since the early 90s... Since buying this pair and loving it, I've bought another half a dozen, they're great.

I purchased this item specifically because it has a USB plug in option. I've tried several different bluetooth solutions but I have too much interference and noise using them. So to be clear this review does not cover the bluetooth connection. As a plugged in USB speaker / mic, it works very well. I've been using it for skype calls, zoom & web ex meetings, etc. Works great with all of them. Sound quality is reasonable as well (I wouldn't use it to play music but it's perfectly fine for voice). I saw some reviews complaining about it being too loud but I didn't experience that. I've had no trouble adjusting the sound to a comfortable level (using the Windows control does give you finer range of control than the +/- buttons on the speaker itself). The noise cancellation also works well and I've had no problems with feedback or echoing at all. The only time the noise cancellation didn't work was when the speaker was too close to my laptop and the laptop fan kicked on. The device had a hard time filtering out that "white noise" unless the device is as far away as the cord allows.

I purchased this conference microphone/speaker out of my own pocket to use at work. I use it for my Teams calls. The audio quality is great - load and clear! There is a separate USB charging cord to charge the speaker, making it portable. Then there is a USB dongle to allow the speaker to connect via Bluetooth. Zero hassle to set-up/configure. My laptop recognized the device automatically. Worth the buy.

This works great for my computer. I can listen and answer in my zoom meeting. Very well built product. It just plug and play love it. I set 10 ft from my computer and don’t have any trouble with the wireless stay hookup.

Updated: I dropped my review from three stars to one star. I ended up getting another defective item this is now the third one now. I gave the company some options but since they would not be able go guarantee that they could not send me a defect-free item, they ultimately decided that the best course of action was to give me a full refund and call that a day. I also tried to continue with the company to see if they could offer me another product at a discounted rate for the issues I had over the month and the best they could do was 10%. At the end of the day, the product may have potential but I cannot recommend this company as they didn't try to fix the problem, they just rather make the problem go away. Support was responsive but its a third party support team so all they could do was apologies for the issues but did not have a real support strategy to fix issues that come up. I hope this review will help someone in the future on the product and experience you can expect when selecting this device and company. Previous Review: I had high hopes for this device but one feature of the speakerphone is the USB dongle slot, but unfortunately, it has been a letdown. The main issue is that the dongle does not lock into the provided slot at the bottom of the device, making it unreliable for consistent use and travel. It just drops out when you turn it over. Despite exchanging the product once, I have yet to receive a defect-free version. This also puts in question their quality control as two items have already had this problem. There is also mention of this problem in another review. I am in the process of exchanging the device again and hopes of getting a good one. The company has also been unable to guarantee that I will get one with a working dongle slot as they cannot inspect the device before it ships, which adds to the frustration. While the concept and potential of the product are promising, its hard to recommend at this point. I have been working with support two weeks not and still no resolution, but I will say that the support has been responsive. I will update my review when I receive the exchanged device, which they don't send a new one until its arrived at the warehouse. Its been over two weeks since I ordered the device and only have been able to use it for about three days.

This works great

This Emeet speaker and microphone is fantastic for calls, video conferences, and media use. Setup is effortless Perfect for meetings with a good capacity for incoming calls. Easy to Bluetooth with iPhone or your Mac to listen to media or on zoom calls, and pairing is instant. The omnidirectional condenser microphone captures voices clearly from across the room, while the high signal-to-noise ratio and DSP echo cancellation ensure crisp, distortion-free audio. The full-range speaker driver delivers balanced highs and lows, making conversations sound natural. For extended use it is best to keep it plugged in to keep the charge optimal as the only down side is the battery life can easily drain. It’s truly hands-free, easy to position anywhere, and reliable. The other models I have tried do not compare to the Emeet Luna 360 sound quality. I’d give it more than five stars if I could — highly recommended.

Excellent portable conference speaker. Fits in my backpack well. A little heavy. Connects to all my devices better than any other Bluetooth gadget I’ve owned

Ideally suited for my home office

I have not tested this in larger office but for 4 person office it works really well. The biggest thing we usually struggle with is the microphone and picking up everyone in the meeting clearly, this device does really well in this regard and the speaker is also very clear. Plug and play, easiest installation. I have bought more expensive ones but this ones quality matches those more expensive ones, definitely value for money.
