Bought these as a hopeful fix to my coffee pot carafe from our Mr. Coffee appliance. A higher end appliance with a vacuum ss carafe that the gasket seal failed on. Company does not sell a replacement part and discontinued it due to poor gasket design. When Mr. Coffee failed to back their product I went in search of a gasket that might work. This worked pretty well, just a little thicker than what I really wanted. Worked well enough and the carafe is back in service. They also work extremely well in the aftermarket plastic lids for canning jars that I believe is there real purpose.

I ordered these for a small decorative canister set I had. Unfortunately, they didn’t fit so I had to return them. They appeared to be very sturdy and leak proof though. I would recommend them for use on appropriate jars.

Not thick enough. I'm using them, but don't like them.

These are working great...I wish I'd just gotten the right ones.I was hoping these would fit on the old-style, glass-lid jars, but they aren't quite right.But the do work great with the regular metal ring lids.

These are much thinner than the old rubber versions, and while I first thought the larger size would not fit, the inserts seem to stretch over the jar's opening and do the trick.

I was hoping that these would work out for me, but the seal does not seem to work as I had expected. I did not find any difference with or without them. It did leak so I do not plan on buying this product again.

Helps to seal the plastic lids so they don't leak, they still will leak if they are sideways or upside down to long, this did help a lot but not as good as the metal lid and rings do.

Converts any lid into a waterproof seal. Pleased with purchase. Only 4 stars due to high price.
