You can take them off and on a few times. Review: Works great and does not irritate my skin. - I am somewhat hearing impaired, my wife would say extremely impaired. Anyway, I wear behind the ear hearing aids. Over the years the wires that loop over the ear from the speaker to the actual hearing aid that mounts behind the ear have seem to have become less rigid . Id guess this was for comfort. The unintended consequence of this design change is that when I would bend over at the waist the hearing aid would come off my ear. To solve this I cut small sections of this double sided clear tape, attach it to the aid body and literally stick the hearing aid to my ear. This has worked wonderfully and prevented my loosing the aids. It is not noticeable or uncomfortable and most importantly, holds well and doesn’t irritate my skin.
