Firstly I tried to bake as per the instructions on the packet. When microwaved for 2 minutes as per the packet instructions, chips were soggy and raw.Next time I did it for 4 minutes, they did turn crispy but for short duration. And they were still tasting raw.Next time I deep fried them, then they tasted okay, but still tasting artificial.The sole purpose to buy them was we could bake instead of fry, but that was not solved.

There is a beauty about this product and the manufacturer, thank you.Packaging -It comes with a plastic wrapped amazon box, you remove plastic, open amazon box, then you find both the packs covered in another plastic. The best packaging other sellers should take points.Product Quality -You cut the potatoes thin, you put it in an utensil to dry it on your chatt (terrace), you are frying it in your kadhai (pan) now, that's how it is. No salt, No preservatives, Pure Potatoes. You won't feel that it's a product bought from outside, but made in your own home.And I am not doing any kind of promotion, I ordered the first pack, finished it so quick I bought a second one, a month later and tell you what no difference.
