Channel Liner Combo Tool

Makes removal and replacement of the slide channel sleeve very easy. Simple tool that does not take up much room in your maintenance/service kit. Added bonus is that it comes compete with a slide channel liner/sleeve. Although slide sleeves rarely if ever need to be replaced, I utilized this to place the provided slide liner into a custom cut G19 slide that did not come with a sleeve installed. The tool allowed for easy insertion without risk of damage to the slide nor sleeve. Nice tool to have handy for anyone that does a little of their own gunsmithing.

This is the only tool I found that had the t-handle option and I have no idea why others have not copied this excellent design. I purchased this particular tool as it is name brand, comes with one sleeve and most importantly- came with the t-handle type of insert for a grip when removing or installing the liner. It worked well and I DID require the t-handle for removal. Plus it was helpful for initially reinstalling the channel liner before having to tap the liner into place.

Got my stuck channel liner out easily. The threading did not slip at all, the included t bar makes removal easy, especially if using a vice. Best part, it comes with a replacement channel liner. I didn’t see that in the fine print and had ordered a couple which hadn’t arrived yet, now I have those for back ups and was instantly able to fix the problem. I would recommend this and I would buy it again, it’s built great though so likely will last my lifetime and onto the next generations too.

I had a stuck channel liner and struggled. Once I got this it came right out. Did exactly what it should!
