I had this before and used an app to record my sleep and was amazed that this cut down about 60-80% of my snoring...from accupressure! I was very skeptical but so happy I found this gem. After trying some other anti snore devices, this is by far the most comfortable. Make sure you get the right size. The first time, I got a small and it was very snug and I eventually lost it, so when I went to get this one, it only came in m/l. I figured since the first one was snug, this one would be fine, but it is a bit too loose and it is not as effective as the snug fit. I am a female with normal/fat fingers, so if you have very slender hands/fingers, I would suggest that you look for the smallest size available.

I have big hands, and fingers so these rings only partially fit with large open gap. Not sure these is any improvement in my breathing.delivery was as stated.

My husband got this to try and help his snoring. It is a ring you place around your finger. The theory is it provides pressure to help the snoring, acupuncture. He would wake me several times a night.Well It seems to be manufactured fine, it is metal, arrived in good shape, and decent time. He has been using it for about a month now.Does it work - no. It does not work. It also has not changed his sleeping in anyway. He still wakes me several times a night.

I cannot tell you how well the ring works from a bed partner's point of view as I am single, but I do not wake myself up snoring since I started using it. It is comfortable and fits my finger well. I feel like I am more rested in the morning. As a poor sleeper, that is super important to me.

Seems to work!
Can't explain why but this ring apparently has made a difference to my snoring. Hasn't stopped it completely but on the nights when I do snore it is not as loud or as long as before. I didn't have any great expectations of a copper ring but it has seemed to make a difference. Comfortable to wear. I've tried other things in the past and this has proved to be the most successful yet. I tried the things you wear on your wrist and found the flashing lights on those to be very annoying. Good to have something that doesn't need to have batteries as well

It actually works!
To say I was dubious would be an understatement.But i was wrong. Although I've only used the ring for three nights it works. It has reduced my snoring to almost zero and i'm getting a much better nights sleep. I've tried mouth pieces, sprays, the lot. And although they did have an effect, they also has side effects. This is the only solution I have tried that works for both me and my wife.

Myself and my partner have been looking for a solution for his snoring for ages and I was at the point of possible murder. We saw this and read the reviews and thought for the price we had nothing to loose, although I was very dubious.All I can say is hallelujah I still can't believe it works. From the 2nd night of wearing it I didn't get a peep, every now and again he still snores but it's more of a heavy breathing and I can cope with that.I think the most surprising night was after a night of rather heavy drinking at a party and I was sure I would be ending up in the spare room with him sounding like a small aircraft, but no not a peep.Would totally recommend!

Not Sure About It
My wife got me this for obvious reasons and it did seem to work for some time. Whether I became used to it or managed to subconsciously overpower the magic of the ring, I don't know. But it stopped having the desired effect after a while. I don't have fat fingers but I did have to open up the ring a fair bit for it to fit comfortably.

I think this really works
How absolutely strange! I score very high in the absolutely cynical league but this ring really works for me. I cannot say whether I am snoring less, but my sleep pattern has improved and I feel much brighter in the morning. Also I have noticed that my nose breathing has also improved. I have bought an additional one because it is small and easy to loose
