I compared this with other anti-snoring devices, I still snore but while recording myself I seemed to snore a little bit less (not as loud) . I'll have to try this a few more times to see if it's consistent or if I happened to roll over to one side of the bed such that the microphone didn't pick up my snoring as much.I'll keep it at three stars until I have a chance to try it a few more times to see if it's consistent.

I snore. Not every night, but fairly often... I've tried nose drops, pills, and a snore guard. I was planning to get a snore guard from my dentist but they are expensive and made from plastic. I saw this band and thought ten bucks is pretty cheap. I'll give it a try. When it arrived, my first impression was ten bucks was a huge markup. It looks like it's worth about fifty cents. Anyways I tried it and it and I didn't snore. I don't know if it was because of the band (since I don't snore every night) but I felt like I got better sleep. I tried a second night and the same thing. However, the band gave my finger a rash and was itchy. My wife told me to stop using it but I decided to try the other finger and wear it looser. It's actually so loose that I was skeptical that the acupressure would do anything. But I didn't snore. Again, it's hard to tell if it's working because I don't always snore, but I've worn it for the majority of nights for the last couple months. My wife has only heard me snore a couple times when I was wearing it (and not that loud). I snored other nights (when I wasn't wearing it). So at this point, it seems like enough time has gone by that I feel the snore ring must be doing something. I wear it every night now and I wear it very loosely, so loose some nights it falls off. I have a snore guard from Target that also works about as effectively but it cost more and it's a lot more noticeable when wearing it. And I had to clean it. The ring is a lot easier and more comfortable.

We couldn't get the ring to stay on without causing discomfort. Sadly it didn't work for us.

I tried and doesn't bother anything. Not sure if it worked as I used another device. I gave to a friend and his wife said his snoring was not as loud but still snored. For the price, try it.

My girlfriend won't let me sleep without it, she says it really helps. It cut down the amount of snoring didn't actually go away, but if it helps her sleep better, I'll recommend it.

While wearing this acupressure rings, some nights i snore and some nights I don't. I still wear it every night but I am not sure how effective it is.

Seems to cause a reflexive dilation of nasal passages so that you can breathe better while you sleep. I wear one on each pinkie, and for me it has a subtle, but still noticeable effect. Not exactly life-changing, but sleep quality is slightly improved. Sometimes it becomes unbuckled and falls off in the course of the night. Good product overall.

We got this ring for my husband who had a terrible snoring problem. We were about to try one of the anti-snore mouth guards on the market when I came across the snore rings, which seem to be pretty common in the UK but haven't really taken off in the US yet. I heard good things about it from what I'd read online so we gave it a try and it seems to be working very well so far. The idea behind it is that the band is pressing on acupressure points that control snoring. This has been a life changing thing for us. We had pretty much resigned ourselves to sleeping separately and this product has made sleeping in the same room possible. We're also relieved to have avoided expensive mouth guards that could potentially cause TMJ issues and would obviously be a hassle compared to a simple ring that's comfortable for my husband to wear while he sleeps. I think it's great that this product is available on Amazon and am happy to let people know how impressed we have been with the results.
