Review: Great for tiny hands - These are a great option for my tiny baby hands! I've tried using leather grips and borrowed some from friends but I just can't maintain grip around the bar when using something that is so thick. These are excellent because I don't have to grip around even more. I have found that they work well for my CrossFit workouts. To be fair, if I put them on AFTER getting sweaty, they are not as secure. However, if I actually follow the directions and dry my hands, they grip well and stay there. Definitely good quality for their price!
Review: Hands are saved! - I will never use the bar again without these! I haven't had a big tear or blister since using underneath my leather bear komplex grips (note: I think it's important to use both. Neither seem to work 100% on their own for T2B, pull-ups, etc. but work really well together). Only minor issue is that the grips do slide and bunch up on my palms over time but not enough to be a big issue. I recommend applying with the glue 10-15 minutes before you get sweaty and/or start working out. Any time I don't wait, they slide around quite a bit. Also, be warned, if you use the glue, you will be left with a wild, sticky, black mess on your hands- easily removed with oil though. Again, pros 100% outweigh the cons and major hand rips!

**Q: This is advertised as prime shipping. Why are there not any options for prime shipping? Everything has a shipping price.**
A: I’m a prime and never paid for shipping

**Q: Are these waterproof? Looking for lightweight grip protection for a tough mudder.**
A: The adhesive on this product will stay on indefinitely. I have to use a scrubby to get the residue off when I take them off. That said, I don't think I'd want to wear them for hours during a tough mudder. It's adhesive and it starts bothering my skin after an hour or so. Also, these grips are specifically made for barbell/pull-bar work. They work great for that purpose. For mud races, I personally prefer gloves that I stow tucked in my shorts until I need them. **Q: Is this the same material as KT Tape?**
A: Maybe not exactly,but very similar.

**Q: Would these still provide a strong grip on a smooth pull-up bar without using chalk?**
A: My gymnasts says chalk is absolutely necessary to use with these. Without chalk they’re slippery for her. But then again, she does more that just pull ups… they swing/fly on those bars. She loves them and with chalk they are the best protection for her calluses!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ If you hate leather grips, but need hand protection, give these a try!

I'm usually not a fan of hand protection. I hate the feeling of something between my palm and the bar, and the loss of friction fatigues my grip like crazy. I usually don't wear hand protection during WODs. HOWEVER, I do like to wear these for when I know I'll need to protect my hands. While they're not perfect, these have provided me with a good middle ground between feeling the bar and also protecting from rips. I've worn these about 4 times now. They stay in place okay. The first time was a failure because I put lotion on before heading to the gym - they bunched like crazy! Don't do that! Reading the instructions on their website helped - avoiding stretching the material and rubbing your hands together after applying seems to help with bunching. I wore them during 18.1, and they only bunched up after about 7-8 rounds. My grip definitely fatigued faster than it would have without any hand protection, but I avoided ripping and was able to give it another try later in the weekend. I also wore them for a bar muscle-up workout. I usually don't wear hand protection for BMU's because I HATE how leather grips feel, but these were fine - a bit more slippery, but I could still feel the bar. 27 BMU's later and my hands were fine!
