Good tasty salt. I put in a salt grinder. Light moisture, but doesn't affect the output from the grinder. The taste is a little on the week side.

I bought this specifically because it says great for grinders or mills. It is so fine that it falls right through my salt grinder and leaves a mess everywhere. I can shake the salt right out of the grinder.

In our home we prefer to use sea salt. We believe we don't need any extra iodine and therefore will not buy iodized salt at all. Regardless of what people tell you, salts do taste different depending of where they are harvested. A high quality sea salt will give you a high quality taste and you will use much less of it, which is so much better for your health.I often prefer grinding my own sea salt for flavoring dishes after cooking but for cooking and baking you need a finer grind than I can get sometimes myself. Having a pre-ground fine grain sea salt in your kitchen for just those times is perfect.This brand is perfect. The flavor is intense and the grind is just right. It dissolves quickly in hot and cold dishes. It has a bold flavor so that if I do use it to season a dish after cooking I don't have to use a lot. Having a resealable bag is great too. I don't need to find another container to put it in nor do I have to worry about moisture ruining my investment. I would recommend this to all my friends and family and I will be buying it again. I know a lot of people like their food to be seasoned, but most people don't think about the salt they are using. Well, I didn't really think about it before now. This Brazilian Pure Sea Salt, 2 pack, is a great alternative to plain table salt. It's really nice that you only get sea salt, nothing else, where you get a lot of "extra" ingredients when you buy regular table salt. It's really nice that it's all natural and for anyone looking for Kosher products, they can use this product. I love the fact that you get two 1-pound resealable packages when you receive this sea salt. Even if you don't use a lot of salt, having two packages makes it convenient to store what you aren't using, or give the second package as a gift. I like the fact that this sea salt is ground so you can use it in a regular salt shaker or you can use it in your salt grinder. I just think, after using the sea salt, everything tastes so much better than with regular table salt. It's a great product. A good Salt can make all the difference in the world. Not all salts are the same, or taste the same! I only use cheap Salt to "flavor" my water, when cooking noodles, rice, potatoes etc.I came across The Brazilian Pure Atlantic Sea (Premium Gourmet) and decided i would like to try it at a discount, in exchange for my honest and unbiased review. The Brazilian Pure Sea Salt arrived in 2 (1 pound each) resealable bags. The Best by Date is 12/01/2019. It claims to be organic compliant and Kosher Certified and contains no additives. I would like to add that this product has been packaged in an facility shared by trends,peanuts,dairy, soy and wheat. We don't have allergies like that in our family, but if you or your family member has extreme allergies, this might be not the product for you.I have already seasoned my foods with it, the grain is fine,, the taste is delicious and i really like it better compared to the Pink Salt i have been using for most of my cooking. I have also tried Salt Scrubs with it, and it does make a difference, compared to regular Table Salt.I highly recommend this product and will be purchasing it as soon as i run out.
